Non solo incompetenti, dato che dopo mesi non sono riuscito da loro ad ottenere risposte e spiegazioni dopo un sinistro, ma si sono pure permessi di offendermi e minacciarmi in agenzia. La prossima volta vedrò di dare retta al mio istinto e far provare a quel disonesto che lavora lí dentro a spaccarmi la faccia, come ha detto lui. Consiglio a tutti di non aver a che fare con questa feccia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo necessità di disdire l'assicurazione casa stipulata con loro oramai da diversi anni. Ho scritto loro una mail e mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto inviargli un fax, oppure una raccomandata Ar o una pec. Ho provato infinite volte a inviare loro il fax di disdetta al numero da loro indicato e non é mai stato possibile portare a termine l'invio! É finita che ho dovuto inviare loro una raccomandata... Concludo dicendo che non c'è stata da parte loro nessuna intenzione di facilitare tale operazione anzi, il fax dedicato é evidentemente sempre scollegato.
I needed to cancel the home insurance stipulated with them for several years now. I wrote them an email and they replied that I should send them a fax, or a registered letter with return receipt or a pec. I have tried countless times to send them the cancellation fax to the number indicated by them and it has never been possible to complete the sending! It ended that I had to send them a registered letter ... I conclude by saying that there was no intention on their part to facilitate this operation on the contrary, the dedicated fax is obviously always disconnected.
