★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace moltissimo fare una recensione negativa su Kiko perché io uso solo questi prodotti,ma venerdi 7 settembre sono stata nel negozio di via Tiburtina dove ho acquistato diversi prodotti chiedendo alla commessa se potessi cambiarne alcuni e lei molto carinamente mi disse che non c'era alcun problema, stamattina 10 settembre mi sono recata presso lo stesso negozio dove un'altra commessa in modo sgarbato mi dice che non posso cambiare,preciso che la merce riportata era integra in ogni sua parte e con scontrino fiscale al suo fianco,mi dispiace perché ero una cliente assidua ma preferisco rivolgermi al punto vendita di Roma Est dove sono molto più cortesi e disponibili,li non mi vedrete piu!!!
 I am very sorry to do a negative review on Kiko because I only use these products, but on Friday 7 September I went to the shop in via Tiburtina where I bought several products asking the saleswoman if I could change some and she very nicely told me that there was no no problem, this morning 10 September I went to the same shop where another shop assistant rudely tells me that I cannot change, I specify that the goods reported were intact in all their parts and with the receipt next to them, I'm sorry because I was a regular customer but I prefer to contact the East Rome store where they are much more courteous and helpful, you won't see me there anymore !!!

Quando ho chiesto aiuto, ha risposto al volo e tornata al telefono. Quando ho preso da sola quello che mi serviva, arrivo alla cassa…e lei sta continuando a guardare il telefono… fino che non ho chiesto, se posso pagare finalmente. Mi dispiace che non ho visto il nome sul badge, perché quello era stropicciato.
Fresh out of the shop, service is absolute worst in my life! The saleswoman did not see me at all. He was always on his cell phone. When I asked for help, she answered the fly and returned to the phone. When I have taken what I need by myself, I arrive at the cashier… and she is continuing to look at the phone… until I have asked, if I can finally pay. I'm sorry I didn't see the name on the badge, because that was wrinkled.
