Personale competente, disponibile e di bella presenza (ad eccezione del dottore giovane che oltre ad essere particolarmente brutto si veste come un homeless). Pharmacy poorly stocked but still very convenient for location and times since it closes after 9 pm and is open all day. Competent, helpful and good looking staff (with the exception of the young doctor who, besides being particularly ugly, dresses like a homeless).

Rientrato lo faccio presente e il farmacista mi accusa di aver tolto un adesivo che LORO mettono all'interno. Ma le confezioni dovrebbero essere ermetiche e i blister interi con la scadenza impressa. Dopo averlo minacciato di una denuncia per calunnia mi ha ridato ricetta e soldi, perché tutte le confezioni che avevano erano apribili e con un adesivo attaccato. Stay away. I took a pack of ciproxin 500. When the pack was opened, the blister was broken and without the written deadline. When I get back I point out and the pharmacist accuses me of having removed a sticker that THEY put inside. But the packages should be airtight and the whole blisters with the expiration date imprinted. E sinceramente nn credo nemmeno che le risposte su le recensioni siano da parte del proprietario della farmacia! Ad indossare questa curiosa divisa c'era una ragazza. Sino a qualche giorno fa c'era un'operatore in perfetta divisa. Mi sono recato per un test antigenico rapido il giorno 14/08/2021 alle ore 17, in anticipo di circa mezz'ora rispetto l'orario previsto. In maniera scortese me lo ha fatto notare, poi mi ha trattato con indifferenza ad una mia richiesta. Il tampone mi è stato fatto da un operatore in pantaloncini... In quanto Medico so cosa vuol dire lavorare in ambito sanitario, richiede passione professionalità e pazienza, purtroppo non ho riscontrato questo I don't want to say that all the staff are but the pharmacist who assisted me was very rude. Io capisco che non si possa sempre essere di buon umore, ma rispondere in questo modo al telefono va contro qualsiasi logica di buonsenso. Cambiate lavoro se non siete in grado di stare a contatto con le persone. Calling rude the "Pharmacist" who answered an information request call would mean paying her a compliment. Ci siamo recati io e il mio ragazzo per un antigenico il 31/12, dopo più di 1h di fila , con tampone già pagato e fogli compilati, veniamo superati da ben 3 persone che non si sa da che fila provenissero. Tutto molto disorganizzato. Ovviamente dopo il mio reclamo sono stata attaccata perché non ho detto di avere i fogli già compilati, ma come vi organizzate?! Ma la gente vi legge nel pensiero ? Inoltre poi scena assurda dei farmacisti ad urlare fuori all’entrata > Ma ragazzi, neanche al mercato dai… BAD pharmacy.
