★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gemütlicher Keller oben in Tramin. Habe Schlutzkrapfen gegessen,die schmeckten hervorragend. Komme sehr gerne hierher. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr freundlich.
Cozy cellar up in Tramin. I ate Schlutzkrapfen, they tasted great. I really enjoy coming here. The hosts are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Essenserlebnis war leider sehr schlecht. Preis-Leistung stimmt gar nicht: Qualitativ hat uns leider nichts überzeugt (geschmacklich OK, aber mehr auch nicht). Und Preislich bezahlt man deutlich mehr als bei vergleichbaren Lokalen. Das passt leider nicht zusammen.
Die guten Bewertungen hier sind für mich daher nicht nachzuvollziehen. Aber da sich die Gastgeber auch gerne Mal selbst bewerten, würde ich fast vermuten, dass da der ein oder andere Fake dabei ist.
Unfortunately, our dining experience was very poor. Price-performance is not right at all: Unfortunately, nothing convinced us in terms of quality (taste OK, but nothing more). And in terms of price, you pay significantly more than in comparable restaurants. Unfortunately, that doesn't go together.
So I don't understand the good reviews here. But since the hosts also like to rate themselves, I would almost assume that there are one or the other fake.

Very nice new tenants, very tasty food, a selection of wines. This is where you should go if you are in the region. Reserve in the evening if necessary. We will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Ambiente ist nicht schön. Unser Essen kam total zeitversetzt, so dass wir eigentlich nicht gemeinsam essen konnten. Die Hirtenmaccharoni gehen gar nicht. Billige Zutaten, verwässerte Soße. Der Krautsalat war nicht ordentlich zubereitet und es fehlte Salz. Dafür zahlt man zu viel. Einzig die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Würden wir niemandem empfehlen.
Unfortunately not good value for money. The ambiance is not nice. Our food came so late that we couldn't actually eat together. The shepherd's maccharoni don't work at all. Cheap ingredients, watered down sauce. The coleslaw was not properly prepared and lacked salt. You pay too much for that. Only the service was very friendly. We would not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to eat traditional local food in the whole of Trentino! The place is easy to miss - watch out for a small entrance behind a crossing on the right. The summer terrace is hidden under shady vine roof. The cook offers classical Italian as well as Trentino and mixed Italian-German dishes. The service is very friendly!
