Interessante Speisekarte mit südtiroler Spezialitäten, sehr schmackhaft und appetitlich angerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine gemütliche Stube mit Freisitz. Tolles Ambiente. Wein und Essen gut. Sollte man mal besucht haben. Preislich teilweise überteuert wenn ich so an das Gulasch für 12€ denke. 2 kleine Stücke Fleisch (siehe Bild) sind eine Frechheit, der Rest war dafür ok. Der Wirt passt aber typisch dazu (positiv). Das erste Lokal am Kalterer See bei dem wir VOR Eintritt kurz Fieber gemessen bekamen. Auf Nachfrage und Recherche haben wir aber auch erfahren, dass dies nicht für Südtirol gilt.
A cozy living room with a patio. Great ambience. Wine and food good. Should have been visited. Sometimes overpriced when I think of the goulash for € 12. 2 small pieces of meat (see picture) are a cheek, the rest was ok. But the host typically fits in (positive). The first restaurant on Lake Kaltern where we briefly had a fever measured BEFORE we entered. Upon request and research, we also learned that this does not apply to South Tyrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto suggestiva, nel cortile di un vecchio cascinale. Tutto molto autentico, come la gentilezza del proprietario e i cibi serviti. Prezzi decisamente buoni. In vendita nel locale anche prodotti tipici.
Very suggestive location, in the courtyard of an old farmhouse. All very authentic, like the kindness of the owner and the food served. Definitely good prices. Typical products are also on sale in the restaurant.

Unreservedly great. Delicious local specialties and own wine. Very nice winemaker location in a rustic style. Lots of places in the open. Price line very good for this area.

Ein echtes Highlight in Tramin. Ambiente, Speisen, freundliche Gastgeber & angenehmes Servicepersonal. Wir waren eigentlich im Grödnertal, wollten aber unbedingt in Tramin Wein kaufen. Auf der Suche nach einem Gasthof/Restaurant bin ich über die Google-Suche beim Buschenschank der Familie Gamper gelandet. Was soll ich sagen: Goldrichtig!
Hier herrscht Herzlichkeit und Authentizität. Zudem kann das Abendessen mit köstlichem Wein genossen werden. Oder man setzt sich eben direkt ins Weinfass und speist da :-)
Der Innenhof lädt zum Essen bei angenehmen Temperaturen ein und im kleinen Hofladen lässt sich allerhand Leckeres kaufen.
Wie gesagt: ein echtes Highlight!
The best evening of the whole vacation!
A real highlight in Tramin. Ambience, food, friendly hosts & pleasant service staff. We were actually in Val Gardena, but really wanted to buy wine in Tramin. When I was looking for an inn / restaurant, I ran a Google search to find the Gamper family tavern. What can I say: gold right!
Warmth and authenticity prevail here. In addition, dinner can be enjoyed with delicious wine. Or you just sit down directly in the wine barrel and dine there :-)
The inner courtyard invites you to eat in pleasant temperatures and you can buy all kinds of delicious things in the small farm shop.
As I said: a real highlight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Lokal das wirklich sehenswert in ein altes Wirtschaftsgebäude eingefügt worden ist. Sitzecken eingebaut in alten Weinfässern, rustikale weitere Möbel, alte Fotos an den Wänden und überall alte Gerätschaften,einfach gut gemacht!
Ach, nicht zu vergessen das gute Essen.
Ein Besuch, sehr zu empfehlen!
A restaurant that is really worth seeing in an old farm building. Sitting areas built into old wine barrels, rustic other furniture, old photos on the walls and old equipment everywhere, simply well done!
Oh, don't forget the good food.
A visit, highly recommended!
