★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Restaurant mit angenehmen Ambiente und geräumiger Aussenterrasse.
Das Essen hier ist eigentlich 5 Sterne wert - ohne Frage. Die Knoblauch-Crème Suppe war phänomenal. Auch die Pizza war die Beste, die ich in diesem Urlaub gegessen haben. Der Kalbsrücken mit Pfifferlingen war köstlich, ebenso wie die Knödeln mit Salat. Auch der Dessert war sehr gut.
Die Bedienung war etwas - nennen wir es desorganisiert. Sie war grundsätzlich schnell am Tisch und freundlich. Auch unser Wunsch den Tisch zu wechseln wurde unkompliziert erfüllt. Aber dann kam gleichzeitig zu den Vorspeisen auch schon ein Hauptgang. Ausserdem ging noch eine Dessert-Bestellung unter und kam erst verspätet und erst als wir nachgehakt haben. Schade.
Aber wer gut essen will, ist hier am richtigen Ort und das Personal kann sich verbessern und besser organisieren. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, von daher ist es womöglich ratsam zu reservieren.

The food here is actually worth 5 stars - without question. The garlic cream soup was phenomenal. Also the pizza was the best I have eaten on this vacation. The saddle of veal with chanterelles was delicious, as were the dumplings with salad. The dessert was also very good.
The service was something - let's call it disorganized. She was generally quick at the table and friendly. Our request to change the table was also easily fulfilled. But then there was a main course at the same time as the starters. In addition, a dessert order went under and only came late and only when we checked. Too bad.
But if you want to eat well, this is the right place and the staff can improve and organize themselves better. The restaurant was well attended, so it may be advisable to make a reservation.

Wir kommen nur schon seit mehr als 15 Jahren fast jährlich nach Südtirol und kein Restaurant hat so konstant unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern auch übertroffen. Am Anfang an waren wir noch eher abgeneigt vom unscheinbaren Look, doch die Bürgerstube kann als Lokal nur empfohlen werden. Pizza, Pasta, Schnitzel, Burger, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte immer frisch, lecker und schnell zubereitet. Der Service auch zudem noch sehr höflich. Geben sie der Bürgerstufe eine Chance, sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein.
By far the best restaurant in Tramin.
We've been coming to South Tyrol almost every year for more than 15 years and no other restaurant has so consistently not only met our expectations, but also exceeded them. At first we were averse to the inconspicuous look, but the Bürgerstube can only be recommended as a place to eat. Pizza, pasta, schnitzel, burgers, fish and seafood are always fresh, tasty and quickly prepared. The service was also very polite. Give the citizen level a try, you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist and ignorant. Didn't even cut pizza for takeaway. Not at all recommended. We were a group of 8 people and ordered few margheritas and it was said that it will be done in 20 minutes for take away. It came in 30 minutes but time wasn't the problem. The hospitality was very unwelcoming, and we felt degraded. And who doesn't cut a pizza and serve? They did. All these after we waited for half an hour, famished.
