★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chef, der Eigentümer und Koch (alles in einem ?) ist zwar etwas eigen, aber sobald man das Essen probiert hat, ist der Rest nur mehr Nebensache!
 The boss, the owner and the cook (all in one ist) are a bit peculiar, but once you have tried the food, the rest is only a minor matter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! Das essen ist wirklich klasse! In tramin war alles geschlossen, auch hubert war eigenlich schon beim schliessen, hat dann für uns und die 2 hungrigen kinder schnell was gemacht. Das selbstgemachte dönerbrot ist göttlich! Einfach klasse! Danke!
Excellent! The food is really great! Everything was closed in Tramin, Hubert, too, was on the verge of closing, then quickly made a start for us and the two hungry children. The homemade doner bread is divine! Just great! Thank you!

An absolute insider tip, but inconspicuous BUT the best food for us in all of Tramin. The owner of the Stammtisch and the SERVICE simply SUPER !!! It's nice that something like this still exists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich da nur Henning anschliessen. Eigentlich ist das kein Imbiss, dafür ist das Essen einfach zu gut. Sind immer noch begeistert. Wenn man in Tramin ist, ein MUSS dort zu Essen. Haxe und Spareribs immer einen Tag vorher bestellen. Die Haxe war ein Gedicht. Hier kannst du merken, das Hubert mit Liebe kocht.
Can I just connect with Henning? Actually, this is not a snack, but the food is just too good. Are still excited. If you are in Tramin, you MUST eat there. Hax and Spareribs always order one day before. The Haxe was a poem. Here you can notice that Hubert cooks with love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un locale minuscolo, con un ingresso minimo, senza nessuna particolare insegna, su una strada di passaggio. Insomma nulla per attirare il turista distratto di turno (eccomi). Eppure siamo stati in due in questo bistrot e abbiamo scoperto che c'è il solo titolare a fare tutto, cucina a vista con una maestria da chef consumato, pulito, rapido e veloce, piatti tipici di qualità assoluta, prezzi bassissimi, assolutamente da provare.
A tiny place, with a minimal entrance, without any particular sign, on a passing street. In short, nothing to attract the distracted tourist on duty (here I am). Yet two of us were in this bistro and we discovered that there is only the owner to do everything, open kitchen with the skill of a consummate chef, clean, quick and fast, typical dishes of absolute quality, very low prices, absolutely to try .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubert (Hubsi) Schenk ist einer der besten Köche im ganzen Unterland. Der Laden sieht nach nichts aus, ist aber ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Lasagne, Knödel Tris, Risotto und seine berühmte Currywurst - alles TOP. Wichtig: Freundlich sein - sonst gibt`s nix beim oiden Grantler !!
Hubert (Hubsi) Schenk is one of the best chefs in the whole Unterland. The store looks nothing, but is an absolute insider tip. Lasagna, dumplings Tris, risotto and its famous Currywurst - all TOP. Important: Be friendly - otherwise there's nothing at the oiden Grantler !!
