★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di meglio, ho ordinato alle 12.45 e il piatto mi è arrivato dopo più di un'ora, il servizio molto scadente in più il menù è molto restrittivo. Non lo consiglio
 I thought better, I ordered at 12.45 and the dish arrived after more than an hour, very poor service plus the menu is very restrictive. I don't recommend it

Very friendly waiter who has been serving there for years. We ate very well, great pizzas and the tartare was first class. We will be back

Tolle, modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit super Aussicht auf den Kalterer See, die umliegenden Berge und die Weingärten.
Am Abend gab es immer ein hervorragendes 4-5 Gänge Menü.
Ruhige Lage im hauseigenen Weinberg. Daher auch der sehr gut schmeckende Gewürztraminer.?
Ein Chef der überall präsent ist, sich um jeden Gast kümmert und trotzdem jederzeit einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen hat.
Man merkt, dass es sich um ein familiengeführtes Hotel handelt.
Der Gast ist hier König.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Warm welcome, very attentive service at breakfast and dinner.
Great, modern rooms with a great view of Lake Caldaro, the surrounding mountains and the vineyards.
In the evening there was always an excellent 4-5 course menu.
Quiet location in our own vineyard. Hence the very good tasting Gewürztraminer.?
A boss who is present everywhere, takes care of every guest and still always has a casual saying on his lips.
You can tell it's a family run hotel.
The guest is king here.
We will be back definitely.

Perfectly located between Tramin and Kaltern lake , great landmark in southyrol with a prestigious, brand new luxury Spa to tempt guests like me to try the cool sauna♮ swimmpool

Always smiling, making sure you have been served happy without been heavy is one of their highest quality. The attention to details form the food, wine, the room and everything else was impeccable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Lovely, thoughtfully designed hotel with a beautiful view. Huge, comfortable rooms and a wonderful location in the middle of the vines. Delicious and copious food was provided for both breakfast and dinner and the excellent selection of local wines at reasonable prices kept all guests well-lubricated! What really made this stay special was the generous, gregarious and hilarious hospitality from Werner and his great staff (Hans and Lucia especially). We really felt part of a family for the 5 nights we stayed. Plattenhof was a unique and memorable experience which I can fully recommend..
