A	Anna Marika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho intenzione ne di fare nomi,ne di perdere tempo a condividere entrambe le mie pessime esperienze,ma in sostanza,la prima volta mi è stato completamente bruciato il capello con una decolorazione tenuta su troppo tempo,facendomela anche pagare 100€,e con la parrucchiera che non ammetteva l'errore nemmeno di fronte all'evidenza. Ho dovuto tagliare tutto,tra parentesi. La seconda volta,mi viene ribattuto un colore,che viene fuori per la parte della ricrescita in un modo,la parte centrale colorata dalla vecchia parrucchiera di scuro,in un altro,la parte delle punte decolorata,in un altro. E mi viene detto che dovevo dirlo prima se volevo schiarire anche la parte in mezzo. Come se io dovessi prevedere l'errore di una persona competente o la svista di qualcuno che non tiene conto del risultato del suo lavoro. Peccato per giusto due di loro che si salvano..ma SCONSIGLIATISSIMO I am not going to mention names, nor waste time sharing both my bad experiences, but in essence, the first time my hair was completely burned with a bleaching held over too long, even making me pay 100 €, and with the hairdresser who did not admit the mistake even in the face of the evidence. Nessuna attenzione ai particolari, nessun lavaggio dopo il taglio come invece per gli altri clienti. Taglio fatto tutto a macchinetta molto sbrigativamente a parte la sfoltitura. Basette non rifinite, zona delle tempie tagliato come se fosse scappato il rasoio e lasciato a metà. Durante tutto il taglio ho dovuto tenere la mascherina con la mano per tenere sempre i lacci sganciati dalle orecchie, e quindi fare più in fretta, riempiendomi la manica di capelli che cadevano dalla testa. Pessimo. (per onore della verità mi sembrava che gli altri clienti ricevessero un trattamento decisamente migliore... E avevo anche prenotato...) AGGIORNAMENTO: risposta molto cortese e costruttiva dello staff. Apprezzo molto questo atteggiamento. Hasty cut done without care and making me feel like I'm a hassle to finish quickly. No attention to detail, no washing after cutting as for other customers. All cut with a machine very hastily apart from thinning. Unfinished sideburns, temple area cut as if the razor had escaped and left in half. Throughout the cut, I had to hold the mask with my hand to always keep the laces unhooked from my ears, and then do it faster, filling my sleeve with hair that fell from my head. Bad. (for the sake of the truth it seemed to me that the other customers received much better treatment ... And I had also booked ...) UPDATE: Very polite and constructive response from the staff. I really appreciate this attitude.

Ambiente pulito ma clientela anziana, la signora titolate è molto disponibile ma deve aggiornare i tagli. Il lavoranti non hanno voce in capitolo. La titolare non lascia spazio agli altri. Non sono stata pienamente soddisfatta del lavoro fatto. Se avete altre indicazioni andate da altri parrucchieri I very much apologize for the mistake. I HAVE USED THE PHONE AND I DID NOT NOTICE IT. I WAS REFERRING TO ANOTHER OFFICE. Excuse me! Clean environment but elderly clientele, the titular lady is very helpful but needs to update the cuts. The workers have no say. The owner leaves no room for others. I was not fully satisfied with the work done. If you have other indications, go to other hairdressers

Mi alzo al mattino, guardo i capelli e ringrazio Dio di aver un parrucchiere come Roberto. Mi sento uno di famiglia quando entro. Sono spontaneamente gentili, simpatici e professionali. I have been a customer for years. I have curly hair that I've always thought of as a nightmare. Since going to them I have discovered that my hair is a gift. I get up in the morning, look at my hair and thank God for having a hairdresser like Roberto. I feel like one of the family when I enter. They are spontaneously kind, nice and professional.
