★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was helpful and the hairdresser was very nice. The three stars are pertinent to my experience, I think I might have not explained carefully what I wanted so I got out of there with a cool haircut but not the one I wanted nor one that's easily manageable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible waste of time and money! I went there two years ago and I still feel bad about how I was treated which is why i decided to write a review. The guy who cut my hair wasn't Mr'Fulvio (who apparebtly likes curly hair not like the guy i dealt with)
So, the guy kept complaining about how curly my hair is and suggested i should straighten it with a keratin treatment somewhere else. He also kept making jokes like "oh maybe i should shave some of your hair" he made jokes about how unmanageable it is and gave me comments like "looks like a dominican girl's hair". Well it does :) and it is very beautiful. Don't waste your time on this salon amd go somewhere where they actually LOVE curly hair not just wavy easy manageavle hair. He was extremely lazy and seeked bothered that my hair is voluminous and takes time to cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I was at I Love Riccio for the second time. I’m in love with my hair and my new haircut ☺️ They really know how to treat curly/wavy hair and you can feel that they really love their job and are very passionate about curly/wavy hair. As I don’t speak Italian, Mr. Fulvio didn’t explain me every step thoroughly as maybe he does for Italian girls, but I didn’t ask and for me there’s no need. I really trust him and I’m sure he knows what he is doing. And I see the results ☺️ The personnel is very kind and both times the girls who washed and dried my hair explained me how to take care of it. Yesterday, it was Francheska and she was very kind, lovely and has fantastic curls ☺️ It’s a real pleasure to trust your hair for Mr. Fulvio and for me it’s worth coming from Lithuania ☺️ Thank you so much Mr. Fulvio and I Love Riccio!!!
