Mi hanno completamente bruciato i capelli dopo un sostegno spacciato telefonicamente con '' prodotti naturali '' e poi in loco l'assistente ha parlato di prodotti chimici. Non è stata in grado di valutare che il mio capello non era pronto per il sostegno e una volta che il danno è stato fatto le ho scritto spiegandole il disagio, la risposta: noi possiamo chiudere la serranda se per ogni capello che non è idoneo non facciamo il servizio. Questo è il valore che danno al cliente. Per non parlare della supponenza non tanto dell'assistente ma della titolare che non è stata nemmeno in grado di fare una telefonata per scusarsi ma argomentava via whatsapp. Sconsigliatissimo
It was a terrible experience. They completely burned my hair after a phone-sided support with '' natural products '' and then on the spot the assistant spoke about chemicals. She was not able to assess that my hair was not ready for support and once the damage was done I wrote her explaining the discomfort, the answer: we can close the shutter if for any hair that is not suitable let's do the service. This is the value they give to the customer. Not to mention the arrogance not so much of the assistant but the owner who was not even able to make a phone call to apologize but argued via whatsapp. Sconsigliatissimo
