β β β β β Posso capire che da un menΓΉ fisso non ci si possa aspettare il massimo, ma onestamente anche esagerare con la qualitΓ del cibo e ingiusto, specialmente quando ti rimane nel tavolo sia il primo che il secondo, abbi la decenza di non fare pagare il cliente. Se ordino della pasta alla cacio e pepe, mi aspetto quello, non una pasta con un po' di pepe sopra e del burro.
 I can understand that from a fixed menu you cannot expect the best, but honestly also exaggerating with the quality of the food is unfair, especially when you have both the first and the second left on the table, have the decency not to charge the customer. If I order pasta with cacio e pepe, I expect that, not a pasta with a little pepper on it and some butter.

β β β β β Eh niente...volevo una tagliata e mi son trovato una fettina di carne sottilissima, tagliata a quadrati e con qualcosa di filamentoso su qualche fetta (forse un po' di grana in cottura).
Evidentemente un buon ristorante che sta perdendo colpi.
Non voglio giudicare su altri piatti, ma ieri sera avevo voglia di una buona tagliata e mi son ritrovato quello che si vede in foto.
Qualche minuto prima di vedere il piatto minera venuto un dubbio:"ma come? Non mi chiede se la voglio al sangue.....media....o ben cotta?".
E va beh...prossima volta si cambia.
Oh nothing ... I wanted a cut and I found a very thin slice of meat, cut into squares and with something stringy on a few slices (perhaps a little parmesan in cooking).
Evidently a good restaurant that is running out of steam.
I don't want to judge on other dishes, but last night I wanted a good cut and I found what you see in the picture.
A few minutes before seeing the dish a doubt arose: "but how? He doesn't ask me if I want it rare ..... medium .... or well done?".
And okay ... next time we change.
