Disponibili ad ascoltare il cliente e a consigliarlo lasciando comunque a lui la scelta. Per me è importantissimo trovare qualcuno che sappia ascoltare le mie richieste. Prezzi modesti rispetto alla qualità del servizio e ai prodotti usati. Trovate prodotti Olaplex e Davines. y	ylem m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clientela unicamente per signore e signori anziani, per farsi due chiacchiere, oppure la piega veloce sotto casa.. se avete dai 20 ai 30 anni e dovete fare qualcosa di serio ai capelli, non andateci..non prestano attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, tecniche obsolete e per nulla innovative o aggiornate..non ti viene spiegato nulla di ciò che ti viene applicato sui capelli (anche se non era richiesto, e se è servito a correggere errori loro in corso d'opera) e se fai domande a riguardo ti rispondono anche male (però i soldi se li prendono sorridendo)..ragazze lasciate perdere, mandateci soltando la zia di 50 anni a fare la piega a ricciolini e bona, voi cambiate proprio strada.. Non sanno di nuove tendenze per teenager e non sono nemmeno professionali! se non siete capaci a fare qualcosa dite subito di no! e non improvisate sui capelli degli altri! Rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo per un taglio richiesto (che non sembravano tagliaati) 20 euro e in piu ti mettono altre robe sui capelli (senza il tuo consenso) senza prima avvisarti che quello ha un altro prezzo! e ti ritrovi poi a dover pagare un cifrone per 2 cose banali. welcoming yes, kind too, but I think that the customers they aim for the most are "adults", not to mention the elderly. Dopo 4 anni in cui ogni volta chiedo a Gianfranco un taglio diverso posso confermare che non ha mai deluso le mie aspettative, i suoi tagli sono perfetti e innovativi! Tutto lo staff molto professionale e gentile! Letto recensioni riguardando i prezzi alti...e mi chiedo "paragonati a cosa"? Il fatto che bisogna prenotare sempre per assicurarsi un posto....dimostra che il mio parere personale positivo è sicuramente condiviso da tanti altri clienti che frequentano spesso questo parrucchiere! Noi lavoriamo in team da più di venti anni e se questo porta ad avere clienti ( detto dalle ventenni poco intelligenti) che ci seguono da tempo ... è solo una gran soddisfazione . Per noi le nostre clienti non hanno un target di età ... andiamo dalle ventenni alle novantenni senza nessun problema le nostre clienti sono sempre benvenute . Riguardo alla chiarezza sui prezzi abbiamo tutto fuori in vetrina e quindi questa “poca chiarezza “ non la trovo affatto veritiera . Detto questo noi abbiamo un team fantastico con ragazze che ci mettono passione e professionalità in tutto ciò che fanno ! Siamo una squadra! Sempre aggiornati e preparati sulle tendenze del momento ! Noi siamo questi .... contenti di esserlo da più di vent anni . Quindi in quelle poche occasioni voglio concedere al capello quel momento di coccolaggine, morbidezza, pur mantenendo la semplicità. Il personale è stato cordiale e professionale, ha saputo accogliere le mie richieste e trattare con cura, pur mantenendo la mia semplicità han saputo dare la giusta vitalità a questa selva che porto sulla testa. Locale pulito e ordinato. I prezzi sono più che palesemente esposti.
