★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha mandato le richieste di pagamento delle quote condominiali 2021-2022 senza aver fatto approvare prima il Preventivo del nostro condominio, come si fa normalmente!! Non ha mai convocato i nostri consiglieri, che gli hanno chiesto più volte un incontro per vedere quali sono i problemi del condominio e per fare un'assemblea ordinaria, che si fa normalmente, al fine di adoperarsi a sistemarli. Poi dice che si dimette, ma vedremo se lo farà o se magari si rimangerà questa cosa. Non l'avessimo mai preso!!
He sent the requests for payment of the condominium fees 2021-2022 without having the Estimate of our condominium approved first, as is normally done !! He has never summoned our advisors, who have asked him for a meeting several times to see what the problems of the condominium are and to hold an ordinary assembly, which is normally held, in order to try to fix them. Then he says he resigns, but we'll see if he does or maybe he'll stay on this thing. We had never taken it !!
