Mai mi era capitato di incontrare uno studio più sciatto e incapace. Il fatto che sia gestito da una famiglia (padre, figlio e figlia) la dice tutta sulla loro competenza. Le mele non cadono mai lontano dall'albero e nel loro caso, probabilmente per pigrizia e indolenza, non hanno avuto neanche la forza di staccarsi dal ramo. Le persone che lavorano nello studio si sono dimostrate in più occasioni incapaci di gestire il rapporto con i clienti. La pecca peggiore è però l'arroganza con la quale trattano quelli a cui dovrebbero offrire il loro servizio (retribuito). Tempi infiniti per semplici risposte, divagazioni, prese in giro: questi i loro pregi migliori. Non vi auguro di finire in uno degli stabili che amministrano. Se li avete già... sostituiteli! The fact that it is run by a family (father, son and daughter) says it all about their competence. The people who work in the studio have proved unable to manage the relationship with customers on several occasions. The worst flaw, however, is the arrogance with which they treat those to whom they should offer their (paid) service.
