★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nostro condominio è stato amministrato dallo studio BSGM per quasi due anni. Abbiamo deciso di cambiare perché si sono dimostrati poco presenti e poco reattivi alle nostre richieste. Probabilmente la mole di condomini che gestiscono non gli consente di essere sufficientemente pronti alle richieste che giungono allo studio.
Il motivo per cui li valuto con il minimo dei voti è dettato però dal fatto che dopo aver comunicato le ragioni di voler cambiare amministratore sono sostanzialmente spariti e si sono limitati alla gestione dello stretto indispensabile. Hanno lasciato trascorrere mesi prima di convocare l’assemblea per procedere all’elezione del nuovo amministratore e, cosa peggiore di tutte, non si sono presentati all’assemblea e non hanno nemmeno avvisato che non sarebbero venuti. Pessimi.
 Our condominium was administered by the BSGM firm for nearly two years. We decided to change because they were not very present and not very responsive to our requests. Probably the amount of condominiums they manage does not allow them to be sufficiently ready for the requests that come to the studio.
The reason why I evaluate them with the minimum of votes, however, is dictated by the fact that after having communicated the reasons for wanting to change director they have essentially disappeared and have limited themselves to the management of what is strictly necessary. They let months pass before calling the assembly to proceed with the election of the new administrator and, worst of all, they did not show up at the assembly and did not even advise that they would not come. Bad.
