Ci sono indicazioni di poter usare satispay ma poi chiedono solo contanti e bancomat. Non passano nemmeno la tessera sanitaria. In 2 parole, la peggior farmacia dove sia mai stata. Se potete rivolgetevi altrove. Abrupt, arrogant and hasty pharmacist. They do not accept electronic prescriptions. Dark environment and unhealthy to the eye. Farmacista arrogante e maleducatissimo, risponde malo modo a qualunque domanda. Tra le altre cose dice che non funziona il pos (cosa non vera perché semplicemente sbagliandomi gli avevo dato una carta vuota) e mi fa cercare un bancomat nelle condizioni in cui ero. A parte averci trattato con una cafoneria e supponenza incredibile nonostante fossimo stati molto gentili si è pure permesso di esordire con un : “ non sono mica un indovino” quando gli ho chiesto consigli su come procedere avendo un attacco allergico in corso. Non vorrei dire, ma è il tuo lavoro e non mi sembra per niente carino rispondere così a una persona in difficoltà. Non sono stata a fare storie perché appunto la persona con me stava MALE. Ora vedo se è possibile segnalarlo anche all’ordine dei farmacisti. The pharmacist, if you can call it that, was embarrassing. Essendo studente fuori sede sono stato obbligato a presentarmi in farmacia con le placche in gola e febbricitante per chiedere una confezione di Augmentin (quasi supplicando dato che stavo a mala pena in piedi). Al suo primo rifiuto per mancanza di ricetta (cosa che non potevo reperire con facilità nonostante lui fosse a conoscenza della situazione), gli ho assicurato che sarei poi tornato a posteriori con la suddetta. Non c’è stato verso di farmi dare l’antibiotico e, anzi, nonostante le mie condizioni, mi ha consigliato di recarmi altrove (cosa che quindi sono stato costretto a fare con successo).
