★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and classmate we're very glad that we done our internship here, i learned a lot from this store that i'd never experience from my other two store where i did my internship , they have so many many different kind of fabrics here, very high quality and economic, i love the workers and owners, they are very kind, geniune and patient, when some clients need some information or a help, they willing to help you as they can, so don't bother to ask them, they will help you! I highly recommended it for a fashion students!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a foreigner this information should be useful. There are two floors, the basement sells various types of material and 'scraps' at various prices to suit all pockets. You stand in line waiting for someone to serve you, then when it's your turn a member of staff will call out ' who is next', then you take it from there. The first floor which is also the entrance sells higher priced material. Once you have chosen your material, it is cut and folded for you to take upstairs to the cashier.
My personal experience was a positive one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very very bad customer service. The staff are not pleasant. As a foreigner you don’t speak their language they are so rude. No accountability for their actions. No apologies when your customer is visible upset. Would never return even if it means I have to buy fabrics at another store at the highest cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing!!! They had a variety of fabrics. I was in awe ! But they don’t sell buttons. Like seriously? That’s like the most basic thing to sell. ?. Oh and yeah, it’s a good place to buy sample fabrics for projects.
