Andiamo a vedere la macchina settimana scorsa, ci dicono un prezzo diverso da quello pubblicato da autoscout, 10200€ anziché 8900€.
Gli facciamo presente la cosa e dopo qualche minuto di sfarfugliamento ci danno ragione.
Prendiamo appuntamento per quest’oggi per fare un test drive e finalizzare la vendita.
Il referente si presente dopo mezz’ora di ritardo non scusandosi e ci dice che l’ha venduta.
Abbiamo chiesto come mai non ci avesse chiamato per avvertirci della cosa visto che avevamo preso un permesso per andare in concessionaria e arrivavamo dall’altra parte della città.
Ci ha quasi riso in faccia quando gli abbiamo fatto presente che bastava una telefonata di cortesia.
Poco affidabili, per non parlare della garanzia di un anno che sembrano dare con diverse restrizioni poco chiare (cosa che non fanno le concessionarie serie).
Improvvisati e poco seri.
Meglio starne alla larga.

The contact person shows up after half an hour late not apologizing and tells us that he sold it.
We asked why he hadn't called us to warn us of the thing since we had taken a permit to go to the dealership and we were on the other side of the city.
He almost laughed at us when we pointed out that a courtesy call was enough.
Not very reliable, not to mention the one-year warranty that they seem to give with various unclear restrictions (which the serious dealers don't do).
Improvised and not very serious.
Better stay away.
