Io, invece, ho conosciuto oggi la Sig. ra Leda, un concentrato di cortesia, passione per il proprio mestiere, competenza e giocosita'.
Insomma, una esperienza.
Grazie Sig. ra Leda, ritornerò senz'altro, comprerei tutti o quasi i suoi occhiali, ma tornerò soprattutto perché c'è lei, lì.
You enter a shop and expect, at most, the minimum courtesy, especially in Florence, the rude and sulky city par excellence.
I, on the other hand, met today Mrs. Leda, a concentration of courtesy, passion for her profession, competence and playfulness.
In short, an experience.
Thank you Mrs. Leda, I will definitely come back, I would buy all or most of your glasses, but I will come back especially because she is there.
