Ho chiamato al telefono dicendo che avevo bisogno di fare una visita ho chiesto quanto costava perche mi serviva per fare un paio di occhiali mi hanno detto è gratis teniamo alla tua salute e cazzate varie sono arrivato li mi hanno fatto aspettare 1 ora e mezzo perche non c'era l'ottico( ottic incompetente e di una lentezza disumana) al termine della visita ho richiesto di vedere le mie graduazioni mi hanno detto no se non compri un paio di occhiali qui . È nata una discussione il personale si è rivolto a me dandomi del tu come se li conoscessi da una vita e la ragazza un po piu scura di cui non ricordo il nome ha cominciato a parlarmi come se fossi un suo amico . Lenti a contatto di una qualita ASSOMUTAMENTE SCADENTE . MONTATURE ANDATE A VEDERLE VOI STESSI SEMBRANO QUELLE DELLA COOP COME MATERIALE... Really bad very bad unqualified staff I would never go back to that shop. Staff in bad faith only to sell. I called on the phone saying that I needed to pay a visit I asked how much it cost because I needed to make a pair of glasses they said it's free we care about your health and various bullshit I arrived they made me wait 1 hour and a half because not there was the optician (incompetent and inhumanly slow) at the end of the visit I asked to see my graduations they said no if you don't buy a pair of glasses here. A discussion arose, the staff turned to me giving me you as if you had known them for a lifetime and the slightly darker girl whose name I can't remember began to talk to me as if I were a friend of hers. Contact lenses of an ABSOLUTELY POOR quality. FRAMES GO TO SEE THEM YOURSELF SEEM THAT OF THE COOP AS MATERIAL ...

Le parli e neanche ti guarda in faccia,ma vabbè..tralasciando questo inconveniente ...noi eravamo lì alle 13.50 e lei doveva entrare alle 14,non ci ha volute servire 10 minuti prima del suo orario e con la faccia tosta viene dicendo “entro alle 14 a lavorare”. Dico io ..stai a casa fino alle 13.59 se devi entrare alle 14,così non fai aspettare i clienti. Poi non parliamo del fatto che parla male degli altri clienti davanti ad altre persone. Do 2 stelle solo perché sono buona e solo perché è arrivata 10 minuti prima del suo orario?? Spero che diventino meno sfacciate e più educate,nel frattempo ha perso 2 clienti + il nostro passaparola. I was with a friend of mine with this in mind. Bad service from the employees, especially the blondie. You talk to her and don't even look at you, but oh well ... leaving out this inconvenience ... we were there at 13.50 and she had to come in at 14, she didn't want to serve us 10 minutes before her time and with the nerve she says " by 2 pm to work ". I say .. you stay home until 1.59pm if you have to come in at 2pm so you don't keep the customers waiting. P	Palla Pinca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse eccessivamente insistenti. Ti fanno passar la voglia di entrare, stando sulla soglia del negozio a fermare i passanti per invitarli ad entrare. Se si entra , non ti lasciano guardare con calma le montature, ma insistono nel proporre occasioni e aiuti. Se fossero meno assillanti (consiglio da cliente) il negozio sarebbe sempre pieno e le persone comprerebbero più volentieri. (Anche perché gli occhiali sono adorabili) Overly persistent orders. They make you want to enter, standing in the doorway of the shop to stop passersby to invite them to enter. If you enter, they won't let you look at the frames calmly, but insist on offering opportunities and help. If they were less nagging (customer advice) the shop would always be full and people would buy more willingly. (Also because the glasses are adorable)

Dopo una settimana ho piegato in asticella e cercando di raddrizzarla si è subito rotta La lega con cui sono costeuiti questi occhiali e’ pessima .. Meglio spendere in più ma avere un buon paio di Ray-Ban Ho chiamato il negozio ho chiesto loro la sostituzione dopo 7 giorni con lo scontrino (52 euro) mi hanno risposto che siccome ho provato a raddrizzarla io non avevo diritto a niente ! Complimenti ! Negozio NAU FIRENZE PIAZZA STAZIONE Non comprateli Beyond the kindness .. the product is really poor! After a week I bent the shaft and trying to straighten it, it immediately broke. The alloy with which these glasses are made is very bad .. Better to spend more but have a good pair of Ray-Bans I called the shop I asked them to replace them after 7 days with the receipt (52 euros) they replied that since I tried to straighten it I had no right to anything! m	maria pia m. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mio amico sfoggia occhiali da vista dei colori più sgargianti e li fa tutti da Nau: è così che ho conosciuto il marchio! Questo negozio ha aperto (finalmente) all'interno della galleria della stazione di Santa Maria Novella e ha occhiali di tutti i tipi e colori, sia da vista che da sole, compresi gli accessori, e i prezzi sono più che vantaggiosi. Le ragazze che ci lavorano sono giovani, cordiali e disponibili. Ho comprato un paio di occhiali molto belli, la montatura era tra le più care (circa €70,00!!!!) e le lenti sono della Galileo. Unica pecca, non ti danno la custaodia per gli occhiali, la devi comprare a parte... A friend of mine wears eyeglasses in the brightest colors and makes them all at Nau: that's how I got to know the brand! This shop has (finally) opened inside the gallery of the Santa Maria Novella station and has glasses of all types and colors, both prescription and sunglasses, including accessories, and the prices are more than advantageous. The girls who work there are young, friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of very beautiful glasses, the frame was among the most expensive (about € 70.00 !!!!) and the lenses are from Galileo. The only flaw, they do not give you the custaodia for glasses, you have to buy it separately ...

Ho comprato tre paia di occhiali Nau a Firenze, e in meno di un anno due si sono rotti (rottura viti) e un paio si sono rovinati (allentamento continuo delle asticelle). Inoltre, un paio di occhiali da sole mi erano grandi e mi era stato assicurato che una volta stretti sarebbero andati perfetti. Li ho portati due volte a stringere ma nel giro di poche ore si ri allargano. Il personale di negozio è invece gentile e preparato, per la mia esperienza è la qualità degli occhiali il problema. I wear glasses for a lifetime and I have never had particular problems. I bought three pairs of Nau glasses in Florence, and in less than a year two were broken (breaking screws) and a couple were ruined (continuous loosening of the rods). Also, a pair of sunglasses were great and I was assured that once tight they would be perfect. I brought them twice to tighten but within a few hours they re-expanded. The store staff is kind and prepared, for my experience the quality of the glasses is the problem.
