I give them 4 stars because they are very good but once I had the glass changed and I put the film on it and the glass and the slide broke

Riparato un vetro che si è scollato dopo 2 giorni.
Costretto a ripararne un altro che dopo un giorno si è rotto. Mai successo con un samsung!!!!
Spesi 150 euro in 2 giorni alla richiesta di cambiarlo dopo averlo riparato per colpa loro mi hanno detto che potevo prenderne uno in sostituzione.
Magari era meglio dirlo prima di farmi rispendere 100 euro.
Veramente poco professionali e scortesi sopratutto la responsabile.
Se ti serve qualcosa per il telefono cerca altri posti qui solo fregature.

Repaired a glass that fell apart after 2 days.
Forced to repair another one that broke after a day. Never happened with a samsung !!!!
I spent 150 euros in 2 days at the request to change it after having repaired it because of them they told me that I could get one as a replacement.
Maybe it was better to say it before making me spend 100 euros.
Really unprofessional and rude especially the manager.
If you need anything for the phone look for other places here just rip-offs.

They tell you a price then when you pay if you use the card they add VAT, obviously if you pay in cash you don't pay VAT

Ho consegnato un Samsung per la sostituzione del vetro, preventivo di circa 100 euro, al ritiro del cellulare non accettano il pagamento con il bancomat, quindi cash e senza scontrino!!!!
Dopo due giorni il cellulare non funziona più, lo riporto in negozio (sostenevano che la garanzia coprisse una settimana).
Morale....mi hanno "accusata" che il telefono era stato bagnato (FALSO!!!) e che per ripararlo ci volevano altri 50 euro...mi reco da loro e la cifra aumenta ad altri 100 euro... ovviamente decido di ritirarlo..... niente rimborso della prima riparazione.
Furbetti (per non usare altri termini) non si lavora così!!!!!! Meritate di chiudere ed iniziate a pagare le tasse onestamente.
Lack of professionalism and seriousness.

After two days the phone no longer works, I take it back to the shop (they claimed that the warranty covered one week).
Moral .... they "accused" me that the phone had been wet (FALSE !!!) and that to repair it it took another 50 euros ... I go to them and the figure increases to another 100 euros ... obviously I decide to withdraw it ..... no refund of the first repair.
Crafty (not to use other terms) you don't work like that !!!!!! You deserve to quit and start paying your taxes honestly.

Hanno cambiato uno schermo a un iPhone 7 Plus spacciandolo per originale (ovviamente non lo è) ed hanno preteso pagamento in contanti.
Dopo poco tempo il touch screen ha smesso di funzionare e quando sono tornata mi hanno detto che la garanzia copre solo una settimana e che avrei dovuto sostituirlo pagandolo per intero, pur ammettendo il difetto del pezzo.
Bad experience in terms of quality and service.
They changed a screen on an iPhone 7 Plus as an original (obviously it isn't) and demanded payment in cash.
After a short time the touch screen stopped working and when I came back they told me that the warranty only covers one week and that I would have to replace it by paying it in full, even if I admitted the defect in the part.
