Abbiamo fatto una fila di 50 min, rispetto al nostro orario di prenotazione!!!!
La struttura dovrebbe organizzare in modo congruo la procedura di accesso alla farmacia in quanto eravamo in 14 clienti più 6 farmacisti in uni spazio chiuso di 15 mq. Sarebbe quantomeno auspicabile mettere più personale ad eseguire il Covid test, o in alternativa ridurre il numero di prenotazioni disponibili.

Not recommended for rapid Covid test.
We queued for 50 min, compared to our booking time !!!!
The structure should adequately organize the access procedure to the pharmacy as we were 14 customers plus 6 pharmacists in an enclosed space of 15 square meters. At least it would be desirable to put more staff to carry out the Covid test, or alternatively to reduce the number of bookings available.
