★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora bionda ha un atteggiamento a mio avviso poco professionale e indisponente. Stavo per passare tutto il pomeriggio in negozio per aver preso il numerino dalla sezione "attivazioni e cup" (cosa che comunque dovevo fare) senza essere mai chiamato in quanto mi passavano tutti avanti. Le ho chiesto di intervenire ma mi ha liquidato dicendomi con aria scontrosa che non sapeva che fare. Visto ciò me ne sono andato via e ho risolto in un' altra farmacia. Peccato perché abito a pochi metri ma non ne vale la pena andarci per essere trattati così.
In my opinion, the blonde lady has an unprofessional and irritating attitude. I was about to spend the whole afternoon in the shop for getting the number from the "activations and cup" section (which I had to do anyway) without ever being called as they all passed me by. I asked her to intervene but she dismissed me by saying with a grumpy air that she didn't know what to do. Seeing this, I left and resolved in another pharmacy. Too bad because I live a few meters away but it's not worth it to go there to be treated like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata per il tampone di fine isolamento ...avendo chiamato 7 giorni prima per sapere gli orari mi sono recata come detto da loro ( dalle 12 alle 15senza aupntamento) erano le ore ore 12.10 mi hanno detto che fino alle 15 non restituivano i numeri di andare via e tornare alle 15...ho spiegato che avevo chiamato e che ero psotiva e non mi andava di stare a contatto con le persone ...ci vuole buon senso nella vita non gli costava nulla farmi restare ....sono andata in altra farmacia me lo hanno fatto subito.oltretutto scortesi!

I was for the end of isolation buffer ... having called 7 days before to find out the times I went as told by them (from 12 to 15 without training) it was 12.10 am they told me that until 15 they did not return the numbers to leave and come back at 3 pm ... I explained that I had called and that I was psychotic and I didn't want to be in contact with people ... it takes common sense in life it didn't cost them anything to make me stay .... I'm went to another pharmacy they did it to me immediately.
