Impossible to speak to an operator, endless waiting on the phone with a waiting list that never scrolls. One star is already too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionista che segue i segue i bambini, Dott.sa Elena Balzer e' veramente brava, comprensiva, calma e competente. Ma il sistema di centralino non funziona nella maniera piu' assoluta, oggi dalle 9.30 avrao' chiamato piu' di cinquanta volte (sempre occupato) e finalmente ci ho parlato alle 11:15. Il voto e' la media tra cinque stelle ed una per il centralino.
The professional who follows the children, Dr. Elena Balzer is really good, understanding, calm and competent. But the switchboard system does not work in the most absolute way, today from 9.30 I will have called more than fifty times (always busy) and finally I spoke to him at 11:15. The rating is the average between five stars and one for the switchboard.

Una volta sono andata a ritirare un certificato medico per mia figlia, mi è stato consegnato in busta chiusa con dentro il certificato per un'altra bambina.
Il pediatra che ci segue è sicuramente competente ma poco empatico.
It takes time and patience to contact the secretariat and there are often misunderstandings.
Once I went to collect a medical certificate for my daughter, it was delivered in a sealed envelope with the certificate for another child inside.
The pediatrician who follows us is certainly competent but not very empathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile raggiungere telefonicamente lo studio, attese infinite e spesso la linea cade dopo anche 20 minuti. È una vergogna che uno studio pediatrico funzioni così male soprattutto in questo periodo di pandemia. Ma cosa vi costerebbe pubblicare e rendere utilizzabile un indirizzo email dove poter fare le prenotazioni ? Oppure dare la possibilità di lasciare i propri recapiti per essere chiamati più tardi. Vergogna! Sono anni che funziona così male e nessuno è ancora intervenuto?
Impossible to reach the studio by phone, endless waits and often the line drops after even 20 minutes. It is a shame that a pediatric study is performing so poorly especially in this pandemic time. But what would it cost you to publish and make an email address usable where you can make reservations? Or give the possibility to leave your contact details to be called later. Shame! It has been working so badly for years and no one has intervened yet?
