The clinics are new, well arranged, welcoming. Appointments to be made at the pharmacy leave a lot to be desired. Telephone waiting times over half an hour.

Cambiati tutti su un altro centro medico.
Sono passato così da un tempo di attesa per la visita di 7 giorni a 1 ora.
Ribadisco. Struttura buona ma troppa gente da gestire con un sistema che non regge.
Overworked doctors, trained staff but stressed by loads and management in unorganized requests.
We all had doctors here.
All changed to another medical center.
So I went from a waiting time for the visit of 7 days to 1 hour.
I repeat. Good structure but too many people to manage with a system that does not hold up.
