★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non buona,purtroppo, da anni sono cliente della farmacia, mai un problema. Avevo comprato un paio di occhiali da vista e dopo neanche 1 settimana la montatura si è rotta, può succedere, mi son detto ma quando sono tornato per far presente il difetto mi hanno risposto che erano occhiali economici e che non me li avrebbero sostituiti al massimo uno sconto di 4 euro sull'acquisto di un altro paio di occhiali! Che dire sono sentito preso in giro la ritengo una cosa al dir poco VERGOGNOSA!!!!!
Not good, unfortunately, I have been a customer of the pharmacy for years, never a problem. I had bought a pair of eyeglasses and after less than 1 week the frame broke, it can happen, I said to myself but when I came back to point out the defect they replied that they were cheap glasses and that they would not have replaced them at most a 4 euro discount on the purchase of another pair of glasses! What can I say I felt made fun of I consider it something to say the least SHAME !!!!!
