Lo stesso vale con le mail, ho inviato una PEC oltre a mail normali e neanche con questa procedura ho avuto alcuna risposta. Bad service, staff not present in communications with the customer, they never answer the phone, I have been calling for a week but no answer. Attenzione al cliente ZERO, non rispondono al telefono, non rispondono alle email, per qualunque informazione bisogna andare a chiedere in sede. Inoltre sono totalmente disinformati su tutte le procedure finanziarie e hanno costi di transazione da strozzini! Ho chiuso il conto e l'ho fatto chiudere a tutti quelli che conosco. Telefonicamente si rimbalza da un telefono all'altro senza mai arrivare al dunque perdendo tempo e pazienza e probabilmente anche il cliente.
