Tutto OK PRIMA della firma del contratto: massima disponibilità e presenza! E' stato DOPO aver firmato e ricevuto il Prestito che è iniziato il mio calvario. Non si fanno più trovare; rispondono a stento ed al minimo; rimandano TUTTO al N° Verde del Servizio Clienti. Spariti.
Ora, mi ritrovo con DUE RATE Loro anzichè UNA come volevo fare. Se chiedi, ti rispondono: "Eh, ma può usare la Carta Revolving che le abbiamo inviato."
Pessimo. Il Cliente va seguito ANCHE DOPO...aver preso i soldi. Non si fa.
I'm sorry to write this negative review but I do it with the hope that it will encourage the staff of Findomestic to get "more busy" in following customers, AFTER having them sign.
Everything OK BEFORE signing the contract: maximum availability and presence! It was AFTER I signed and received the Loan that my ordeal began. They are no longer found; they respond with difficulty and to the minimum; refer EVERYTHING to the Customer Service toll-free number. Gone.
Now, I find myself with TWO INSTALLMENTS Them instead of ONE as I wanted to do. If you ask, they'll say, "Eh, but you can use the Revolving Card we sent you."
Bad. The Customer must be followed EVEN AFTER ... having taken the money. It is not done.
