Nel tempo in cui NON sono riusciti a sistemare un presunto "errore nel sistema" e dopo vari solleciti (2 mesi) ho aperto un conto presso una banca online ed estinto il loro senza che nessuno se ne preoccupasse minimamente. Boh, forse ero un cliente sgradito ma quando c'erano le filiali satellite il rapporto era decisamente migliore.
As a former account holder I can say that it is a bank with no customer focus. In the time in which they have NOT managed to fix an alleged "error in the system" and after several reminders (2 months) I opened an account with an online bank and paid theirs without anyone caring at all. Dunno, maybe I was an unwelcome customer but when there were satellite branches the relationship was much better.
