since yesterday 18 afternoon I ask to speak to the management about a problem and no one calls back, I leave my number etc .... and despite having 3 current accounts in Unicredit the service is equal to 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio da dimenticare. Praticamente un'ora in coda per cambiare della moneta. Capisco (fino a un certo punto) i tagli al personale, attrezzatevi diversamente se non ce la fate. Questo feedback non è rivolto ai dipendenti, è rivolto a coloro che gestiscono l'istituto
Service to forget. Practically an hour in line to change the currency. I understand (up to a certain point) the cuts in staff, equip yourself differently if you can't do it. This feedback is not aimed at employees, it is aimed at those who run the institution
