Hello, is it possible to have a telephone number or an email from which to receive an answer? Not being in Ivrea, I have been calling and writing every day for a week but without ever receiving answers.

β β β β β Non sono molto cortesi con i clienti, non sanno mai darti informazioni! Sono mesi che il bancomat non mi funziona in autostrada, ma non sanno cosa dire!! Ho chiesto informazioni al telefono e chi mi ha risposto sembrava alquanto infastidito... Ma che modi sono?
They are not very courteous to customers, they never know how to give you information! The ATM hasn't worked on the highway for months, but they don't know what to say !! I asked for information on the phone and whoever answered me seemed somewhat annoyed ... But what are the ways?

β β β β β Sono un loro cliente da anni..... ma da come sono stato trattato oggi con risposte brusche e maleducate ( dai due signori impiegati) , solo per avere chiesto un documento per fare l' isee , cambiero' banca! P.s. non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento del genere, con sguardi scocciati e risposte del genere.
I have been their customer for years ..... but from how I was treated today with abrupt and rude answers (by the two gentlemen employed), only for having asked for a document to do the isee, I will change bank! P.Ε . I never expected such a treatment, with annoyed looks and such answers.

I wanted to put 0 but it is not possible, I have been trying to speak to the manager for 2 days and I cannot, I have a problem generated by the bank and no one calls you back. Shameful

β β β β β Trattato con arroganza e sufficienza. Le indicazioni fornite dalla filiale non erano in linea con quelle fornite dal call center. I tentativi di contattare la filiale telefonicamente risultano infruttuosi (buttano giΓΉ dopo diversi squilli). Mi vedo costretto a cambiare banca dopo un rapporto pluriennale.
Treated with arrogance and sufficiency. The indications provided by the branch were not in line with those provided by the call center. Attempts to contact the branch by telephone are unsuccessful (they knock down after several rings). I am forced to change banks after a long-term relationship.

β β β β β Attendo da piΓΉ di un mese che mi venga chiuso il conto corrente. Impossibile contattarli, non rispondono mai. L'unica volta che sono riuscita ad avere un riscontro (non soddisfacente e non veritiero) Γ¨ stato grazie alla filiale di Corso Cavour che mi ha fornito alcuni numeri interni. Attendo ancora oggi dopo una settimana una risposta sulla mia situazione (mi era stato detto che sarei stata ricontattata il giorno dopo). Mi vedo costretta ad intervenire direttamente in filiale. Cambio banca per esigenze personali ma l'avrei cambiata comunque per mancato servizio.
I have been waiting for more than a month for my checking account to be closed. Impossible to contact them, they never answer. The only time I was able to get a response (unsatisfactory and untrue) was thanks to the branch in Corso Cavour who provided me with some internal numbers. I am still waiting today after a week for a response on my situation (I was told that I would be contacted the next day). I am forced to intervene directly in the branch. I changed bank for personal needs but I would have changed it anyway for lack of service.
