★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda molto seria con personale educato e competente. L'azienda offre massima trasparenza, se vi dicono una cosa è quella niente di più niente di meno. La linea internet è perfetta, stabile a 20Mb sempre, anche con temporale. L'assistenza clienti è ottima, sanno sempre cosa fare e molto veloci a risolvere qualsiasi problema. A mio parere è ECCELLENTE.
 Very serious company with polite and competent staff. The company offers maximum transparency, if they tell you one thing, that is nothing more, nothing less. The internet line is perfect, stable at 20Mb always, even with time. Customer support is excellent, they always know what to do and are very quick to solve any problem. In my opinion it is EXCELLENT.

Dimenticavo assistenza tecnica rapida e puntuale .
Praticamente rispondono sempre , non come altri ( non per fare polemica ) difficili da contattare.
Consigliatissimo.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo provider! Con gli altri operatori ho sempre avuto problemi di connessione, ma da quando sono passata alla fibra Interplanet la rete è sempre andata bene. Ottima per lo streaming video e soprattutto per giocare online, sia da pc che da console, ping quasi sempre basso e stabile, quindi poco lag.

Great provider! I have always had connection problems with other operators, but since I switched to Interplanet fiber the network has always gone well. Excellent for video streaming and above all for playing online, both from PC and console, ping almost always low and stable, therefore little lag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo il servizio di call center. Per quanto riguarda la sistemazione della linea tutto dipende dal tecnico che la Sirti di invia. Al secondo appuntamento, al primo tecnico erano sorte delle complicanze, mi è stato inviato un tecnico del luogo a conoscenza delle problematiche inerenti la zona,che in un'ora ha sistemato tutto. Molto bravo, veloce e sicuro di sé. Dopo pochissimo mi è stato telefonato dagli uffici Interplanet di recarmi presso la loro sede, per ritirare il modem. Facile l'installazione. Quindi do 4 stelle e non 5 per questo motivo.
Excellent call center service. As for the arrangement of the line, everything depends on the technician that Sirti sends. On the second appointment, complications had arisen on the first technician, a local technician was sent to me with knowledge of the problems inherent in the area, who fixed everything in an hour. Very good, fast and confident. After a very short time I was phoned from the Interplanet offices to go to their headquarters to collect the modem. Easy installation. So I give 4 stars and not 5 for this reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tutti gentilissimi e hanno sempre una risposta alle mie lamentele, ma con un contratto firmato ai primi di settembre dell'anno scorso, dopo più di sei mesi non sono ancora stato connesso. Continuo ad aspettare pazientemente sperando che siano questi i normali tempi tecnici ma non me l'aspettavo. Vi tengo aggiornati .
Andrea, ottimo tecnico, mi ha collegato il router il 17/3 sera, nperf speed test wifi D 112.4 U 108.2 latenza 28 ms - con cavo di rete D 508.8 U 264.8 latenza 28 ms. Copertura su tutta la casa mentre prima avevo un ripetitore. E' stata dura attendere quasi 7 mesi ma ne é valsa la pena.
They are all very kind and always have an answer to my complaints, but with a contract signed in early September last year, after more than six months I have not yet been connected. I continue to wait patiently hoping that these are the normal technical times but I did not expect it. I keep you updated.

Ho incontrato persone sempre gentili e disponibili che tengono al proprio lavoro si mettono in gioco per poter fornire un servizio serio affidabile e veloce.
Complimenti a tutti davvero, per la gentilezza e preparazione , ai ragazzi del supporto tecnico per la velocita' di gestione del ticket e al personale in sede gentile e attento che ho incontrato per il ritiro del router.
Dopo una brutta esperienza avuta con il precedente operatore mi sono sentita davvero capita e supportata dopo aver passato due mesi senza linea.. e non è affatto poco

After a bad experience with the previous operator I felt really understood and supported after spending two months without a line .. and it's not cheap at all

La connessione perde il segnale un po' più spesso di quanto dovrebbe già in tempi normali.
Se c'è un problema l'assistenza è scarsa, il servizio clienti inesistente. Mi ritrovo senza accesso ad internet con tutti i disagi annessi (lavoro da casa) da più di due settimane a causa di un guasto che non è dato sapere di che natura sia. Impossibile avere informazioni, millantano tempistiche di risoluzione puntualmente disattese. Ticket aperti che non vengono mai aggiornati. Qualcuno di loro fa pure l'arrogante quando si chiama per chiedere le dovute info. Una cosa in cui sono bravi è scaricare le colpe alle società terze a cui si appoggiano non capendo che il disservizio lo stanno dando loro in prima persona.
Bloccati i pagamenti, appena mi è possibile valuto un altro provider.

The connection loses the signal a little more often than it should already in normal times.
If there is a problem, assistance is poor, customer service is non-existent. I find myself without internet access with all the related inconveniences (work from home) for more than two weeks due to a breakdown that is not known what nature it is. Impossible to have information, they boast resolution times that were punctually disregarded. Open tickets that are never updated. Some of them are also arrogant when they call to ask for the necessary info. One thing they are good at is unloading the blame on the third-party companies they rely on, not understanding that they are doing the disservice themselves.
Once the payments have been blocked, I will evaluate another provider as soon as possible.
