★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi… ho fatto un’attivazione linea fissa l’anno scorso con un ragazzo. Non ha mai funzionato bene, in più mi ha fatto attivare una 100 mega quando prendo al massimo 20 mega, con la promessa che “la 100 mega prende meglio”. Mi hanno appioppato un telefono “gratuito” che sto pagando ad ogni rata, così come la Vodafone station. In tutto sto pagando 95 euro ogni due mesi, per prendere 20 mega, una connessione che funziona e non funziona, e un telefono che non necessitavo ma era “gratuito”. Davvero scandalosi se non volete farvi truffare cambiate negozio. E non approfittatene delle persone che non ne capiscono molto, siate più onesti
 Bad ... I did a fixed line activation last year with a guy. It never worked well, plus it made me activate a 100 megs when I take 20 megs max, with the promise that "the 100 megs gets better". They gave me a "free" phone that I am paying for each installment, as well as the Vodafone station. In all, I'm paying 95 euros every two months, to get 20 megs, a connection that works and doesn't work, and a phone that I didn't need but was "free". Really scandalous if you don't want to be scammed, change shop. And don't take advantage of people who don't understand much, be more honest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "risposta dal proprietario" senza senso...e questo mi ha capire che non ha nemmeno letto la recensione...senza sapere di che tipo di problema si trattasse...infatti era un problema che doveva essere risolto da loro e non dal servizio assistenza!!!
MAI PIÙ. ATTENZIONE AL CLIENTE ZERO!
Avevo un problema con un loro contratto e non solo non si sono scomodati a chiedermi il numero per capire di cosa si trattasse, ma addirittura un dipendente esperto (perché da anni che lo vedo in Vodafone) mi ha liquidato con un "chiama il 190, io non posso fare niente".
Andato in altro punto vendita Vodafone, esposto le difficoltà idem come prima, problema risolto in 5 minuti!!!
Posso comprendere che "mamma Vodafone" dia delle indicazioni su come veicolare i problemi dei clienti, ma liquidare la gente con così tanta superficialità significa perderlo...ed infatti, nonostante un gentilissimo suo collega mi abbia risolto la cosa con tanta facilità, sposteremo fisso, fibra e 2 numeri di cellulari ad altra compagnia telefonica.

NEVER AGAIN. ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER ZERO!
I had a problem with one of their contracts and not only did they not bother asking me for my number to understand what it was, but even an experienced employee (because I've seen him for years at Vodafone) liquidated me with a "call 190, I can not do anything".
Went to another Vodafone store, exposed the same difficulties as before, problem solved in 5 minutes !!!
I can understand that "mamma Vodafone" gives some indications on how to convey customer problems, but dismissing people with so much superficiality means losing them ... and in fact, despite a very kind colleague of yours has solved it so easily, we will move fixed , fiber and 2 mobile numbers to another telephone company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I canceled my service with cell phone site Caserma Ederle Store (cell phone). Paid them 30 euro to turn my box in. I used this site to get my service turned back on previously ( never use your credit card). I’m still being charged for a service I canceled in February. Vodaphone and their people are stealing from me monthly. They won’t stop. Can’t count on anyone to do the right thing at these stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never received such terrible service. We have been to the store over 20 times in attempts to set up our home internet. We are repeatedly told come back in two days, come back tomorrow, come back, come back, come back. Every time they lie to us and tell us a new story about how they are helping us, but never actually help. For instance, we asked to have the modem delivered to the store, they said OK no problem. The router was then “attempted” to deliver to our house, however we never received it. We then went to the store to ask about the location of the router, for over a month they kept saying “it will be resent to you in a couple days”, “it will come” "two more days". Then on one visit to the store they changed the story and said we cannot receive the router EVER because we missed the "delivery appointment" at our house…even though no one called us to schedule an appointment, nor did they mention this in the store when we set up the contract. They had been lying to us multiple times. Now they say we must cancel the first contract because they cannot help us, and we need to make a new contract without the original “promo” prices we were supposed to be paying with unlimited data. I will never recommend this store to anyone and two months later we still don’t have home internet…
