★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono i totem per cambiare operatore verso Iliad. Bisogna avere con sé la vecchia SIM , numero telefonico e codice seriale se si vuole la portabilità del numero. Serve anche un documento d'identità. Alla fine la macchinetta ti offre una SIM nuova di Iliad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho accompagnato mia Figlia per il cambio del gestore telefonico a Iliad.
Ci ha seguito una ragazza Raffaella, comprendono che lavorare con il pubblico non è facile, però la maleducazione non è accettabile suggerisco “ cambi lavoro”, e imputare eventuali problematiche di gestione al cliente è un grave errore.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da quasi un'anno una nuova sim iliad e ad oggi il segnale dati 4G e 3G è pessimo! Ho riconfigurato il telefono più volte anche tramite assistenza ma dopo l'ultima chiamata mi hanno risposto che per loro è tutto ok! Scandalosi! Per scaricare l'applicazione di Whattsapp (20 mb) ci ha impiegato 6 minuti!!
I have a new sim iliad for almost a year and today the 4G and 3G data signal is very bad! I reconfigured the phone several times even through assistance but after the last call they answered that everything is ok for them! Outrageous! It took 6 minutes to download the Whattsapp application (20 mb) !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova all'interno del centro commerciale Palladio. Registrazione veloce per avere la sim con l'aiuto di personale gentile. Operatore telefonico ottimo per l'offerta chiara e senza sorprese con rimodulazioni dopo qualche mese. Deve crescere come potenza e velocità del proprio segnale, comunque già buono per la zona del Vicentino.

La persona che sta seguendo è gentile e disponibile, sempre sorridente anche se credo debba rispondere sempre alle stesse domande. La registrazione è veloce e senza problemi. Dopo 5 minuti sono partito con la sim in tasca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace per la signora sulla quarantina che ci lavora deve essere veramente frustrata per essere così maleducata e arrogante con i clienti. Sono stata oggi e aveva un modo di fare orribile. Se sapessi come si chiama lo scriverei ma purtroppo non ho visto il nome. Altro appunto negativo alle macchine che al primo tentativo ti tirano giù i soldi del pagamento senza però concludere di fatto l’operazione e così devi rifare da capo tutto e pagare di nuovo. La signora tanto simpatica ci ha detto che era colpa nostra che dovevamo tenere la carta più a lungo appoggiata, ma di fatto l’avevamo tolta dopo il suono come in qualsiasi altro pos. Lì invece dovete tenerla appoggiata ben oltre il suono, ma a noi l’han detto solo dopo che era successo, chissà come mai ??♀️
I'm sorry for the lady in her forties who works there she must be really frustrated for being so rude and arrogant to customers. I was today and she had a horrible way. If I knew his name I would write it but unfortunately I have not seen the name. Another negative point to the machines that on the first attempt take the payment money down without actually completing the operation and so you have to do it all over again and pay again. The very nice lady told us that it was our fault that we had to keep the card resting longer, but in fact we had removed it after the sound as in any other pos. There, instead, you have to hold it well beyond the sound, but they only told us after it had happened, who knows why ??♀️
