★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale vuole veramente bene agli ospiti anziani e tutte le figure professionali sono gentili e disponibili con ospiti e parenti, tanto che spesso gli anziani accolti si sentono in famiglia affezionandosi alle figure che li accudiscono. Purtroppo non possono fare i miracoli perché in numero carente rispetto ai reali bisogni assistenziali e sanitari, soprattutto al pomeriggio. Il merito della qualità del servizio offerto però è solo ed esclusivamente delle figure di basso livello che lavorano a stretto contatto con gli anziani (operatori, infermieri, educatori, fisioterapisti)!
The staff really cares about elderly guests and all the professionals are kind and helpful with guests and relatives, so much so that often the elderly welcomed feel at home and become attached to the figures who look after them. Unfortunately they cannot work miracles because they are insufficient in number compared to the real welfare and health needs, especially in the afternoon. The merit of the quality of the service offered, however, is solely and exclusively of the low-level figures who work closely with the elderly (operators, nurses, educators, physiotherapists)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tutto il personale si prende cura dei pazienti, alcuni fanni il minimo necessario, capita di sentire odore di urina e infezioni urinarie si presume per poca pulizia e pochi cambi di biancheria dei pazienti, come abiti o coperte.
Chi arriva motoriamente poco autonomo, viene portato fuori sempre meno fino a nulla, abbandonato a se stesso, anche se il personale afferma che la mattina li portano a fare un giro in corridoio (fatalità quando i parenti o amici o tutori non possoni andare a verificare!).
Qualcuno tra il personale ha un modo di fare strafottente, credo sarebbe opportuno che ogni esperienza negativa venga esposta o denunciata anche qui, in modo che si possa scegliere cosa è meglio per l'anziano.
Spero che sia presto varata una legge riportante l'obbligo di installare telecamere in ogni luogo ove siano presenti anziani o bambini.
