Delle varie agenzie con cui ho avuto a che fare fino ad oggi sicuramente é quella con cui mi sono trovato meglio.
Every aspect of the negotiation was transparent, open, fair, fast and painless. Given the period (full second pandemic wave) I also add an excellent attention to safety and hygiene details.
Of the various agencies I have dealt with up to now, it is certainly the one with which I have found myself best.

Ci siamo trovati bene perché sia il titolare Gregorio che i collaboratori, in particolare Giorgia, si sono resi sempre disponibili a rispondere in tempi celeri alle nostre richieste, soprattutto quando nella fase finale di conclusione di trattativa erano sorti dei problemi di carattere burocratico esterni all’agenzia. Consiglio di appoggiarsi a questa agenzia.
Professionalism and availability from the very beginning. We got along well because both the owner Gregorio and the collaborators, in particular Giorgia, always made themselves available to respond quickly to our requests, especially when in the final phase of the conclusion of the negotiation some problems of a bureaucratic nature external to the agency. I recommend to rely on this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to move to Verona, saw an apartment that looked nice to rent, (after looking at hundreds of others for months online), went to this agency to know more about it.
Giorgia was kind enough to show us another apartment that was in a better position and Gregorio, the manager, took us there. Instant love.
They took care with professionalism about everything two strangers might need, and one month later we're enjoying our stay in the apartment, in the same neighborhood.
Many thanks to Gregorio, who patiently showed us what we need to do, kindly mediated the deal between us and the apartment owners and even made us an appointment for the codice fiscalo.
I warmly recommend this team for any real estate a foreigner might need in Verona (Giorgia may help with English).
