Ti dicono che ti chiameranno nonostante la disponibilità dell'immobile, ma non si fanno vivi e quando li ricontatti per lo stesso immobile cui aspettavi di essere contattati, ti fissano, magari un appuntamento per visionarlo e dopo ti chiamano per disdire il suddetto appuntamenti perché già in trattativa con qualcun'altro. Purtroppo mi è successo diverse volte per questo la mia valutazione negativa. Mi spiace, avrei voluto essere presa in considerazione visto che in passato abbiamo affittato casa con la cangrande e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Si vedi che qualcosa è cambiato nella gestione della clientela, ci vuole più attenzione nel soddisfare i bisogni delle persone che vi cercano. A questo punto l’immobiliare ci ha abbandonato a noi stessi ostacolando il nostro ingresso nell’appartamento con costi notevoli non previsti. Inevitabile il giudizio estremamente negativo. Le spiegazioni dell’agenzia sono state che la persona in questione aveva un altro appuntamento alle 16,30. Sono rimasto a dir poco basito. Pessima e sgradevole esperienza.
