★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato l'agenzia non appena aveva messo un annuncio. Ho espresso preferenza per essere contattata nel pomeriggio ma ho anche chiaramente detto che per sicurezza volevo essere contattata per un qualsiasi orario per un appuntamento anche in mattinata. Vengo chiamata giorni dopo e mi viene detto che il primo orario disponibile sarebbe stato il lunedi successivo alle 17:00. Il lunedi vengo chiamata e la casa era già stata affittata e l'agente mi ha detto che questo è avvenuto perché avevo dato disponibilità solo nel pomeriggio e gli altri '' sono arrivati prima''.
Poca chiarezza, brutta esperienza.
I called the agency as soon as they placed an ad. I expressed my preference to be contacted in the afternoon but I also clearly said that for safety reasons I wanted to be contacted at any time for an appointment even in the morning. I am called days later and I am told that the first available time would be the following Monday at 5pm. On Monday I am called and the house had already been rented and the agent told me that this happened because I had only given availability in the afternoon and the others '' arrived earlier ''.
Little clarity, bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per un appuntamento per cercare un bilocale e la signorina mi dice che non c è alcun bisogno di vedersi di persona che poteva dirmi per telefono le opzioni, come se valutare casa si potesse scegliere in base a due cifre buttate li senza vedere dove e come è composta la casa. Neanche mi sono prolungata perché a sentire il modo in cui si è posta, neanche 1€ le portavo. Chiamata fatta il 27 10 21 ore 10.09..cosi se il titolare dello studio dovesse leggere, almeno che controllasse chi era in quel turno lavorativo. Che razza di dipendente risponde così a potenziali clienti?! Agghiacciante!
I call for an appointment to look for a two-room apartment and the young lady tells me that there is no need to meet in person who could tell me the options by phone, as if evaluating the house could be chosen on the basis of two digits thrown away without seeing where and how the house is composed. I didn't even prolong it because to hear the way it was posed, I didn't even bring 1 €. Call made on 27 10 21 at 10.09 .. so if the owner of the studio were to read, at least he would check who was in that work shift. What kind of employee responds to potential customers like that ?! Chilling!
