A	Antonella A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per un appartamento sito in Via Govoni in affitto Viene fissata una visita all’immobile ma quando entro noto che si stanno effettuando dei lavori.La persona incaricata dall’agenzia dice che è una sorpresa anche per lei,in quanto non ne era a conoscenza.L’appartamento mi piace ma chiedo entro quanto verranno terminati i lavori.L’agente mi dice che sentirà il proprietario e mi farà sapere.Dopo giorni di estenuanti telefonate nelle quali non mi si riusciva a fornire una data precisa,viene fuori che il proprietario a breve lo avrebbe fatto visionare ad un conoscente e che se l’immobile fosse stato di suo gradimento,in virtù del vincolo della conoscenza,lo avrebbe ceduto a lui!!!!!Quindi sono stata liquidata..zero professionalità comportamento riprovevole!! So I was liquidated .. zero professionalism reprehensible behavior !!

M	Matteo Marangon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver lasciato loro la caparra per un immobile in affitto in via Regina Adelaide in busta chiusa con la promessa che non sarebbe mai stata aperta, mi sono accorto, una volta riavuta e purtroppo solo a casa causa fretta per non perdere l'autobus e causa eccesso di fiducia, della mancanza di 200 euro. Una volta ricontattata l'agenzia, mi è stato detto che sicuramente li ho persi o mi sono stati rubati durante il tragitto a casa (come se una parte di banconote uscisse da sola da una busta chiusa in uno zaino in una tasca nascosta) perché loro non aprono mai le buste. Non potendo dimostrarlo, ho semplicemente dovuto arrendermi e perdere quei soldi.
