I servizi di riabilitazione sono ottimi e la presenza di uno staff cordiale e molto preparato rende questa realtà un luogo di piacevole soggiorno. Cozy, clean and professional structure. The rehabilitation services are excellent and the presence of a friendly and well-trained staff makes this reality a pleasant place to stay.

Trovo tutto il personale splendido, professionale, molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Mia zia classe 1935 si trova in questa struttura ormai da un paio d'anni e ne è sempre stata contenta, è soddisfatta delle cure, della gentilezza degli operatori e delle attività ricreative che la tengono impegnata. A detta della zia si mangia anche molto bene :-) Anche quest'anno, nonostante le difficoltà dovute alla pandemia, lo staff delle Betulle è sempre stato disponibile per metterci in contatto con la zia. Per noi sapere che qui è accudita al meglio è stato ed è motivo di serenità. Excellent structure, well-kept, clean and surrounded by a beautiful quiet garden. I find all the staff splendid, professional, very helpful and attentive to guests' needs. My aunt born in 1935 has been in this structure for a couple of years now and has always been happy with it, she is satisfied with the care, the kindness of the operators and the recreational activities that keep her busy. According to the aunt, the food is also very good :-) Also this year, despite the difficulties due to the pandemic, the staff of the Birches has always been available to put us in touch with the aunt. For us to know that here it is looked after at its best has been and is a reason for serenity.

Abbiamo deciso di far soggiornare la mamma presso le betulle presi dalla necessità: caduta in casa con frattura del femore a novembre, ricovero d'emergenza in ospedale e dimissioni poco dopo... con la mamma non autosufficiente siamo stati costretti a valutare alcune strutture per la riabilitazione. Abbiamo inizialmente scelto le betulle perché sapevamo che la retta giornaliera era conveniente rispetto ad altre case. Eravamo però preoccupati di come avrebbe potuto reagire essendo abituata ad un'autonomia quasi completa e con un carattere forte. In breve: l'aiuto e l'attenzione del personale, dall'accoglienza alle varie operatrici, anche del personale della amministrazione che ha capito la situazione e le richieste della mamma, l'hanno aiutata ad adattarsi alla nuova situazione aiutando anche noi nell'accompagnarla in questo percorso. Il soggiorno è stato un successo, molto meglio delle nostre aspettative e la mamma ora è a casa e si è ristabilita. Terrò personalmente in considerazione la struttura anche in futuro e la raccomando senza alcun dubbio a chi si trova in situazioni simili. Excellent! We decided to let the mother stay at the birches taken by necessity: she fell at home with a fracture of the femur in November, emergency hospitalization and discharge shortly after ... with the non self-sufficient mother we were forced to evaluate some structures for rehabilitation. We initially chose the birches because we knew that the daily fee was affordable compared to other houses. However, we were worried about how she might react being used to almost complete autonomy and a strong character. In short: the help and attention of the staff, from the reception to the various operators, also of the administration staff who understood the situation and the requests of the mother, helped her to adapt to the new situation by helping us in the accompany her on this journey. The stay was a success, much better than our expectations and Mom is now home and recovered. I will personally consider the facility also in the future and recommend it without any doubt to anyone in similar situations.

Consiglio vivamente. Well organized structure, qualified staff is very attentive to the personal needs of the patients: I had a very positive experience with my father who needed rehabilitation. I highly recommend.

Luogo piacevole e personale super gentile e professionale. Sono contento perché lei si sente accolta e coccolata. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff ❤️ My dear aunt lives there, she has been a guest for some time, in reality she does not feel like a guest but part of the family, she has personalized her room and the staff does everything to make her feel at home. Pleasant place and super friendly and professional staff. I am happy because she feels welcomed and pampered. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff ❤️

Tutto è andato molto bene, e gli zii hanno deciso di tornare l’anno scorso. L’infermiera Sabrina, sempre disponibile (insieme a Silvana della segreteria), sono i nostri punti di riferimento. Bravi! Recommended by friends, we chose the birch center for uncles. It's been a month. Everything went very well, and the uncles decided to return last year. Nurse Sabrina, always available (together with Silvana from the secretariat), are our points of reference. Well done!

Non mi hanno mai fatto vedere la mia suocera in fase della malattia. Ho avuto 2 video chiamate, chieste io, una fatta da loro. Io vaccinata con 3 dosi e tamponata ogni 4 giorni perché lavoro inRSA.Disposizione della struttura. Non mi hanno mai fatto vedere la mia suocera, nonostante abbia insistito. Mandata email alla direzione, mai avuto risposta. Cosa posso dire, non siamo nel 2020. Dimenticavo hanno telefonato 3 volte in mattinata per liberare la stanza. Bad, the staff are not bad. My mother-in-law died at 01.00, informed relatives at 06.40 of the death. They never showed me my mother-in-law being ill. I had 2 video calls, I asked, one made by them. I vaccinated with 3 doses and dabbed every 4 days because I work in RSA. Arrangement of the structure. They never showed me my mother-in-law, despite insisting. Emailed to management, never answered. What can I say, we are not in 2020. I forgot they phoned 3 times in the morning to vacate the room.

Il personale, tutto, è competente, presente ed affettuoso con tutti gli ospiti e con i loro famigliari. La struttura è accogliente e pulita. Si mangia anche molto bene con attenzione alle varie esigenze degli ospiti anche i più fragili. La mia esperienza con Le Betulle si è conclusa ma non ho intenzione di dimenticare tutte le persone che ho conosciuto e che porterò sempre nel cuore. Grazie e buon lavoro. The staff, all of them, is competent, present and affectionate with all guests and their families. The structure is welcoming and clean. We also eat very well with attention to the various needs of even the most fragile guests. My experience with Le Betulle ended but I have no intention of forgetting all the people I have known and that I will always carry in my heart. Thanks and good job. Cinzia Faggioli
