Mi è capitato di entrare in vari reparti e devo dire che ho sempre avuto l'impressione di avere a che fare con veri professionisti. Entrati alle 12.35 con presupuesto ta rottura del pollice dx, alle 15.30 facciamo i raggi. Sono le 19.40 e non abbiamo ancora il referto e Tanto meno la medicazione o gesso!!! E' inaudito. Ma non ci sono priorità per i bimbi? Senza cibo, senza nulla un bambino Ke non ha ne pranzato ne cenato e nessuno che chiede o dice qualcosa. Vergognatevi!!!!! Struttura modernissima, attrezzature e strumentistica all'avanguardia, medici e chirurghi di prim'ordine, aggiornati e tecnicamente ineccepibili. Peccato che poi dimettano, senza un minimo di sensibilità umana, una novantanovenne pochi giorni dopo aver subito un delicatissimo intervento chirurgico (di per se perfettamente eseguito) per farla ritornare due giorni dopo per il controllo... Le visite ambulatoriali poi sono ormai semplicemente una inutile perdita di tempo e danaro: di visitarti non se ne parla, quasi non ti guardano, e tutto si risolve per lo più in una simpatica chiacchierata mentre il medico è totalmente immerso nell'inserimento al computer di tutti i tuoi dati e della sua diagnosi basata su cosa gli riferisci ed eventuali esami. l	lucy camilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buona struttura, buoni medici, luogo pulito ma sul reparto di urologia ci sarebbe moto da ridire, soprattutto tra i collaboratori! giocano molto con la vita delle persone, non prendono in considerazione il paziente e i post interventi che subiscono. prendono tutto molto alla leggera e ti rispondono pure "io sono qui che lavoro tutto il giorno", una sola cosa da dire secondo me... troppa buona nomina e pochi fatti concreti, poco rispetto per le persone che vengono dimessi dopo massimo 2 giorni da un intervento, convalescenza inesistente... non credete a quando vi diranno "dopo 20 giorni deve ritornare" perché dal 25 ottobre attendiamo ancora dopo 35 giorni una rimozione su un paziente che accusa dolori e solo dopo 2 settimane di prese in giro la rimozione dovrebbe avvenire il 30 di questo mese (dovevano passare solo 20 giorni)... tra l'altro gli era stato detto che poteva viaggiare e non sto qui a dire cosa abbiamo passato nel tragitto! una sola parola... al posto vostro cambierei mestiere per la vergogna perché alcuni di voi non sono idonei a gestire determinate situazioni. preso tutto troppo alla leggera e senza nessuna considerazione. spero di non averci più niente a che fare e mi dispiace per i medici che per fortuna sono persone in gamba e ben preparati good structure, good doctors, clean place but on the urology ward there would be motion to say something about, especially among the collaborators! they play a lot with people's lives, they do not take into consideration the patient and the post operations they undergo. they take everything very lightly and they also respond "I am here that I work all day", one thing to say according to me ... too much good appointment and few concrete facts, little respect for the people who are dismissed after maximum 2 days from an intervention, nonexistent convalescence ... do not believe when they will tell you "after 20 days must return" because from October 25 we await again after 35 days a removal on a patient who suffers pain and only after 2 weeks of mocking the removal should take place on the 30th of this month (only 20 days had to pass) ... among other things he was told he could travel and I'm not here to say what we spent on the way! one word ... in your place I would change trade because of some of you are not fit to handle certain situations. taken everything too lightly and without any consideration. Mi è stato spiegato che le donne delle pulizie chiudono i bagni alle 19 (le visite finiscono alle 20). Finalmente una brava infermiera ci ha indicato un bagno in un altro reparto!!!!! MA METTETE LE INDICAZIONi DEI BAGNI CI SONO IN QUALSIASI POSTO!!!!!!! I have been to find a patient and no indication for the bathrooms. After long research I finally found one locked. It has been explained to me that the cleaners close the bathrooms at 7pm (visits end at 8pm). Finally a good nurse showed us a bathroom in another ward !!!!! BUT PUT THE BATHROOM INDICATIONS THERE ARE IN ANY PLACE !!!!!!!

I medici e tutto il personale infermieristico sono preparati, attenti, competenti e disponibili. Il polo Confortini è frutto di una recente ristrutturazione ed è un ambiente assolutamente impeccabile e confortevole, dato non trascurabile per chi soffre. Personally, I can only say well. The surgery department headed by Dr. De Manzoni is an absolute excellence. The doctors and all the nursing staff are trained, attentive, competent and available. The Confortini center is the result of a recent renovation and is an absolutely impeccable and comfortable environment, which is not negligible for those who suffer.

Il personale molto gentile e attento ai bisogni dei bambini riesce mettere a proprio agio i piccoli pazienti. Ogni letto ha una televisione sul letto che aiuta a trascorrere le lunghe ore di attesa e a distrarre dal pensiero della malattia. I volontari Abeo, passano nel reparto, periodicamente per giocare con i bambini e alleggerire il clima dalle preoccupazioni. Le stanze sono molto pulite e confortevoli. Assistenza ottima. Verona ha un'ospedale moderno e funzionale. The new mother of the child hospital is a very comfortable facility for inpatients and parents who have to provide day and night care. Verona has a modern and functional hospital.
