Ho chiamato il Sig Renato di Assixto(era il giorno di S.Stefano) e devo dire che fin da subito mi ha rassicurato e messo a disposizione l’infermiere Mattia che ha seguito mia mamma con molta professionalità. Devo dire che trovare persone preparate e subito disponibili alle quali dare fiducia per la cura dei ns cari in ns assenza non è così facile. Non conoscevo questo servizio e mi è stato consigliato a mia volta in ospedale da un altro paziente. Il loro servizio è anche diurno e la disponibilità è veramente tanta. Persone che lavorano di cuore. Da consigliare vivamente. I needed night care at the Borgo Trento Hospital for 5 nights for my mom following a complicated emergency heart operation. I called Mr. Renato di Assixto (it was St. Stephen's day) and I must say that immediately he reassured me and made available the nurse Mattia who followed my mother very professionally. I must say that finding prepared and immediately available people to whom to trust for the care of our loved ones in our absence is not so easy. I was not familiar with this service and it was recommended to me in the hospital by another patient. Their service is also daytime and the availability is really great. People who work from the heart. To be highly recommended.

B	Bianca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato un tampone alle 17.10 e l’ho effettuato 1 ora esatta dopo per un problema del pc. la ragazza all’ufficio si è scusata, non era colpa sua in fine. la ragazza invece che effettuava il tampone non aveva per niente modo e rispondeva in modo scorbutico. infine l’esito del tampone l’ho ricevuto alle 22 circa in seguito ad un mio messaggio di sollecitazione, e le mie richieste d’aiuto per scaricare l’esito non hanno mai avuto risposta. I had booked a swab at 17.10 and I did it exactly 1 hour later due to a PC problem. the girl at the office apologized, it wasn't her fault in the end. the girl instead who carried out the tampon had no way at all and answered in a surly way. finally, I received the result of the swab at about 10 pm following a solicitation message from me, and my requests for help to download the result were never answered.
C	Cinzia Carrano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire circa l'infermiera che ci è stata mandata per l'assistenza, molto professionale, dolce e competente per la sua specializzazione, ma in realtà avevamo richiesto CHIARAMENTE E SPECIFICATAMENTE una STOMATERAPISTA SPECIALIZZATA per la gestione della mia ileostomia, già di per sé complicata a causa di una piaga che stenta a rimarginarsi. Al telefono la vostra segreteria mi aveva assicurato che la persona che ci avreste inviato era specializzata come da noi richiesto (master con anche esperienza sul campo) ma in realtà non è stato così. Infatti poi la medicazione e relativa pulizia è stata fatta da mio marito che, quando siamo a casa nostra a Palermo, è stato ben istruito dal nostro stomaterapista di fiducia. Vi consiglio di ascoltare le richieste dei pazienti e, se non avete il personale adatto, ditelo... io mi sarei organizzata diversamente. Ripeto nulla contro l'infermiera, lei è stata davvero carina e soprattutto sincera: non le era stata ribaltata chiaramente la nostra richiesta !!!! Grazie comunque. In fact, the dressing and relative cleaning was done by my husband who, when we are at our home in Palermo, was well instructed by our trusted stoma nurse. I advise you to listen to the requests of the patients and, if you do not have the right staff, say so ... I would have organized myself differently. I repeat nothing against the nurse, she was really nice and above all sincere: our request had not been clearly reversed !!!! Thanks anyway.
