F	Fabiana DiCe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita dentistica per un'otturazione conclamata e francamente visibile da radiografia. Il medico in questione mi dice che per lui la caria non c'è!!! E che devo solo fare igiene per tenere pulito lo spazio fra i denti. Conclusione? Ho perso il mio tempo, ho prenotato da un altro dentista fuori dalla clinica che mi ha assicurato che la carie è profonda e probabilmente interessa due denti. La sensazione è che sia l'ennesima clinica dove ti vendono di tutto, dall'igiene dentale al bite allo sbiancamento per foraggiare le proprie casse, e per poi dopo mesi invitarti a curare la sola patología per la quale magari avevi prenotato la visita. Dò due stelle per omaggio se non altro alla cortesia, plus decisamente poco diffuso di questi tempi. Ma non ci tornerò. Dental check-up for a full-blown filling and frankly visible from radiography. The doctor in question tells me that for him the caria is not there !!! And that I just have to do hygiene to keep the space between my teeth clean. Conclusion? I lost my time, I booked from another dentist outside the clinic who assured me that tooth decay is deep and probably affects two teeth. The feeling is that it is the umpteenth clinic where they sell you everything, from dental hygiene to bite to whitening to feed their coffers, and then after months invite you to treat only the pathology for which you might have booked the visit. I give two stars for homage if nothing else to the courtesy, definitely not very widespread these days. But I won't be back.
E	Eleonora Crema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho rinunciato alla visita dalla dott.ssa Pomini (prenotata 6 mesi fa in regime privato) causa ennesimo ritardo di quasi due ore della stessa. Nell'arco di 10 mesi, questa era la mia terza visita di controllo e nessuna volta c'è stata puntualità o lieve ritardo. Ciascuna volta inoltre, il ritardo viene giustificato con delle urgenze in sala operatoria. Pur non conoscendo gli orari ai quali sono tenuti i medici in ospedale, credo che le visite private siano una scelta e quindi vadano organizzate nei tempi più adeguati per evitare le lunghe attese. Today I gave up the visit from Dr. Pomini (booked 6 months ago in private) cause yet another delay of almost two hours of the same. Within 10 months, this was my third follow-up visit and no punctuality or slight delay occurred. Furthermore, each time, the delay is justified with urgencies in the operating room. Although I do not know the hours at which doctors are required in the hospital, I believe that private visits are a choice and therefore should be organized in the most appropriate times to avoid long waits.
A	Antonella C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medici tutti competenti (per lo meno Dermatologia e Ginecologia) ma e' gia' la seconda volta che da una visita con UNISALUTE con franchigia 20 euro mi presentano la fattura di 55 euro o con costi aggiuntivi. State attenti e stampatevi sempre la prenotazione che vi manda FONDO EST o UNISALUTE con l' importo esatto! All competent doctors (at least Dermatology and Gynecology) but it is already the second time that from a visit with UNISALUTE with a 20 euro deductible they present me with an invoice of 55 euro or with additional costs. Be careful and always print the reservation that FONDO EST or UNISALUTE sends you with the exact amount!

Ho aspettato due mesi per stare dentro 15 minuti perchè la dottoressa era in ritardo sulla tabella di marcia. Visitata in fretta e furia, ho specificato che non avevo mai preso la pillola e non sapevo come funzionasse, non mi è stato comunque spiegato nulla per non perdere troppo tempo. L'impressione è quella di essere stata un numero, niente di più. Liquidata velocemente per poter accogliere la paziente successiva, pagato 150 euro. Non tornerò. Non ve ne accorgerete di certo, non è un paziente perso a fare la differenza, ma la professionalità si vede anche da queste cose. Sincerely disappointed. You will not notice for sure, it is not a lost patient that makes the difference, but professionalism can also be seen from these things.
D	Daniela Zac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso la Clinica Santa Sofia per effettuare l'esame IGG a due mesi di distanza dalla somministrazione del vaccino. Il risultato è arrivato presto, ma sono risultata negativa, nel senso che non indicava che avessi sviluppato anticorpi. Nel dubbio ho effettuato nuovamente l'esame presso un ospedale tra i migliori nel veronese ed è risultato che ho sviluppato tantissimi anticorpi. Sono rimasta profondamente delusa dal servizio offerto poiché non è stato per niente affidabile. In questo periodo di pandemia, aver saputo di non aver sviluppato gli anticorpi dopo aver fatto il vaccino non mi ha fatto certo stare tranquilla. La gentilezza del personale nn si discute. Spero mi ricontattino per offrirmi un rimborso. I went to the Santa Sofia Clinic to carry out the IGG exam two months after the administration of the vaccine. When in doubt, I carried out the examination again at one of the best hospitals in Verona and it turned out that I developed many antibodies. I was deeply disappointed with the service offered as it was not reliable at all. In this pandemic period, knowing I didn't develop antibodies after getting the vaccine didn't make me rest easy. The kindness of the staff is not discussed. I hope you will contact me again to offer me a refund.

A	Andrea De Bernardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza tamponi fatti in un container senza nessun tipo di privacy si entra in più di una persona per volta quindi a 2 a2 talvolta anche in 3 ( uno al tampone ) e 2 persone in attesa sempre dentro il container … in piu oggi 1 febbraio 2022 arrivo alle ore 20.15 e trovo un cartello plastificato attaccato alla porta del container che comunica che la clinica da quando non si sa visto che non è arrivata nessuna comunicazione via mail ( visto che sono un loro abbonato registrato con nome cognome cod fiscale e email ai tamponi ,mi sembrava logico e professionale essere avvisato ) che la clinica d’ora in avanti chiuderà alle ore 20 …. Assolutamente NON COSIGLIATA …. Ps una volta si aveva la precedenza avendo abbonamento e orario prenotato ..hanno deciso di togliere anche questa possibilità quindi chi arriva arriva abbonato o no !!! T	Teo Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Fatto il test molecolare COVID - PCR. Mi hanno mandato il referto per mail ma non era firmato, c`era scritto solo il nome. Poi bisognava entrare nell` app per scaricare il referto firmato, ma l` app manda il codice PIN quando vuole. Poi al decimo tentativo sono riuscito a scaricare il referto e ho scoperto che anche quello scaricato non aveva il timbro dell` ospedale e non era firmato. Spero che all` aeroporto me lo accettino senza firma. Bad experience. COVID - PCR molecular test done. They sent me the report by mail but it was not signed, only the name was written. Then you had to enter the app to download the signed report, but the app sends the PIN code whenever it wants. Then on the tenth attempt I was able to download the report and I discovered that even the one downloaded did not have a hospital stamp and was not signed. I hope that the airport will accept it without a signature.
