Una mattina ho fatto 16 chiamate di fila ma avevano staccato il telefono mezz'ora prima della chiusura (vedi foto allegata) Dopo una mail di lamentela il dott.Cazzarolli mi risponde dicendomi che le mie analisi sarebbero state pronte il giorno seguente ed invece sono arrivate 3 giorni dopo. Se l'affluenza è eccessiva e non avete la possibilità di gestire il lavoro cambiate qualcosa, non comunicate tempistiche fasulle e non fate pagare una cifra cosi per un servizio di questo tipo.. La segretaria che risponde al telefono e lavora in loco è davvero FANTASTICA invece, gentilissima e disponibile, complimenti 6 DAYS to get the result of the Covid buffer !! Unacceptable timing given that you pay 97 EURO! One morning I made 16 calls in a row but they had disconnected the phone half an hour before closing (see attached photo) After an e-mail of complaint, Dr. Cazzarolli replies by telling me that my analyzes would be ready the following day and instead they arrived 3 days later. If the turnout is excessive and you do not have the possibility to manage the work, change something, do not communicate false timing and do not charge a figure like this for a service of this type .. The secretary who answers the phone and works on site is really FANTASTIC instead, very kind and helpful, congratulations

Come se non bastasse non rispondono al telefono. Anche il prelievo non è stato dei migliori, di solito non mi fa male, questa volta ho avuto male al braccio tutta la giornata e l'ago mi ha lasciato un segno che mai prima d'ora mi era capitato. It has been more than a month that I should have received the results of a test but I am still waiting without knowing how long it will take. As if that weren't enough, they don't answer the phone. The sampling was also not the best, it usually does not hurt me, this time I had pain in my arm all day and the needle left a mark on me that never before had happened to me.

The problem is that the WRONG-PCR-TEST caused a lot of pain. The price was 97 euros. The lab made a big mistake PCR-TEST. PCR Result was Positive. But I'can trust them. No symptoms at all & Anti-gen test, too I was tested Twice in Venice airport. Result was Negative. and come back to My country is Negative. also. My country has stricter PCR standards than Europe. IT made me suffer from the Verona-Lab wrong mistake. Big problem!! TERRIBLE Experience. Don't go!!
