Con prenotazione confermata e orario fissato, nella prima occasione per errore loro o del sistema informatico mi è stato riferito che l'orario era un'ora prima di quanto confermatomi. Nella seconda occasione, stessa cosa, con la differenza di essermi presentato con la stampa della conferma della prenotazione visto il precedente (o forse non dovendo io pagare la prestazione perchè esente non mi è stata data precedenza???). Chiedendo io gentilmente se fosse possibile effettuarle lo stesso in giornata alla fine dei loro appuntamenti previsti, ripeto, essendo pure esente per gravi problemi fisici, la signorina segretaria mi ha rimbalzato con fare veramente sprezzante, usando testuali parole "alle 9:30 noi finiamo il lavoro, riprenoti e ci vediamo tra 2 mesi... o se le vuole fare adesso senza impegnative sono 600 euro", letteralmente ridendomi in faccia. Credo che a contatto con la gente si debba avere tutt'altro atteggiamento di questo soggetto... altrimenti vada a lavorare in fabbrica o se ne stia a casa perché totalmente inadatta a gestire rapporti con gli utenti. Se mai dovessi di nuovo tornare per queste agognate analisi spero vivamente di trovare qualcun altro al suo posto, perché tanta arroganza e maleducazione è inaccettabile.
