Non posso giudicare la competenza ma solo la capacità di mettere a proprio agio il paziente e purtroppo ho notato una notevole carenza di empatia. Lo trovo un difetto grave per chi si occupa della salute delle persone.
Visiting for work, I waited more than half an hour to be visited despite the appointment. Impersonal and dry. I cannot judge the competence but only the ability to put the patient at ease and unfortunately I have noticed a notable lack of empathy. I find it a serious flaw for anyone who takes care of people's health.
