D	Daniele Fontanesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è qualche anno che frequento la casa di riposo , devo dire che la struttura si presenta bene i servizi sono buoni , si mangia bene , e oltre tutto organizzano feste per i nostri adorati nonni . ma c?è un punto che mi affligge. in particolare . un mio parente stretto risiede da un po di anni e come tutti si ammalano . e quindi devono ricorrere anche del ospedale. mi chiedo per che non avvisare i parenti.! ben 3 volte è stata ricoverata in ospedale e anche operata tra cui una smarrita . visto che che esiste un numero di telefono della quale ho sempre chiesto di essere informato di qualsiasi cosa . perche non avvisare. mancano i soldi del telefono.? a mio avviso persone che si fanno chiamare dottore aspirano a trar fine mese e non credo che se si tratase di un suo parente si comporterebbero in tal modo. It's a few years that I attend the rest home, I must say that the structure looks good, the services are good, you eat well, and besides, they organize parties for our beloved grandparents. but there is a point that afflicts me. in particular . a close relative of mine has been living for a few years and how everyone gets sick. and therefore they must also resort to the hospital. I wonder why I don't tell relatives! 3 times she was hospitalized and also operated, including a lost one. since there is a telephone number of which I have always asked to be informed of anything. why not advise. missing phone money? in my opinion, people who call themselves doctors want to end the month and I don't think that if they were dealing with one of their relatives they would behave in this way.

Seguita pochissimo, lasciata a sé stessa, fisioterapista che doveva riabilitarla si è presentata solo dopo 8 giorni di presenza in struttura e ha fatto poco niente. Ma la cosa più grave è questa: abbiamo consegnato alla struttura piano di cura del nostro cardiologo privato assieme alle medicine e abbiamo scoperto solo dopo aver trasferito mia nonna che in realtà il personale non le ha MAI somministrato i medicinali che il cardiologo aveva prescritto!!! Si sono presi quasi 5000€ per tre settimane e questo è il trattamento. Ripeto: state lontani da qui! Terrible experience. Don't bring your loved ones. My grandmother was here three weeks and then we ran away to another place. Followed very little, left to herself, physiotherapist who was to rehabilitate her, she presented herself only after 8 days of presence in the structure and did little anything. But the most serious thing is this: we delivered to the structure our private cardiologist's care plan together with the medicines and we discovered only after transferring my grandmother that in reality the staff has NEVER given her the medicines that the cardiologist had prescribed !! ! They took almost € 5,000 for three weeks and that's the treatment. I repeat: stay away from here!

Della qualità dei servizi offerti, della professionalità e della gentilezza degli operatori, della pulizia delle camere, del clima positivo che si respira. Insomma, una permanenza di tutto rispetto. Vi consiglio vivamente questa Casa di Riposo, è impossibile trovare note negative. Faccio i complimenti a tutto il personale. Lamberto My grandmother stayed in this facility for a few months and was delighted with everything. The quality of the services offered, the professionalism and kindness of the operators, the cleanliness of the rooms, the positive atmosphere you breathe. In short, a very respectable stay. È stata un'esperienza molto buona soprattutto per il personale molto attento e preparato anche verso la famiglia che aveva bisogno di informazioni le mie perplessità verso le case di riposo sono state tutte ma proprio tutte sparite quando abbiamo potuto colloquiare con il personale. La d. Ssa Neri l'educatrice Jessica le infermiere Katia Noemi Arianna Tiziana si sono dimostrate sempre gentili professionali e non sono mai mancate parole di incoraggiamento nei nostri confronti. Verso il papà lo vedevamo 1 volta alla sett in videotel ed era sempre coccolato ed accudito. Io le ho chiamate i miei angeli . Tutta la mia famiglia è rimasta entusiasta di questo personale. Nel ringraziare di cuore a titolo personale mi sento di consigliare questa struttura. Neris Ceci We took our father on September 30th and unfortunately he passed away on January 18th. It was a very good experience especially for the very attentive and prepared staff, also towards the family who needed information, my concerns about the rest homes have all but disappeared when we were able to talk to the staff. The d. Neri the educator Jessica the nurses Katia Noemi Arianna Tiziana have always proved to be kind and professional and there have never been no words of encouragement towards us. Towards the father we saw him once a week in the videotel and he was always pampered and looked after. I called them my angels. My whole family was thrilled with this staff. Ha trovato attenzione , disponibilità ed affetto da tutto il personale infermieristico e dagli operatori sanitari che nel tempo l’ hanno conosciuta . È mancata il 24 febbraio scorso e ci tengo a ringraziare tutti per la gentilezza e la competenza professionale dimostrata . Sono sicuro che da lassù la mia mamma Maria vi manda un caro abbraccio !!!
