★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lavorato in questa struttura e posso solo parlarne bene. L'organizzazione e il supporto per chi ci lavora sono d'elite. Il primo impatto è quasi da non casa di riposo. In ingresso manca l'odore (spesso disincentivante) della tradizionale casa di riposo. Gli utenti sono attentamente seguiti e rispettati.
Gli ausili sono più che adeguati. Ottima la cucina. Il Coordinatore è in gamba ed umano e questo favorisce un buon affiatamento tra colleghi. Esperienza sicuramente positiva e formativa. Ci potrei portare un mio caro.
I worked in this structure and I can only speak well of it. The organization and support for those who work there are elite. The first impact is almost from a non-nursing home. At the entrance the smell (often disincentive) of the traditional rest home is missing. Users are carefully followed and respected.
The aids are more than adequate. Excellent cuisine. The Coordinator is smart and human and this favors a good harmony between colleagues. Definitely positive and educational experience. I could bring a loved one.
