Io vedo che ogni nonno è seguito in ogni sua esigenza .Ogni nonno/a entra a far parte di una grande famiglia .E ci affezioniamo a loro.Vedo che ogni figura professionale presente in struttura ,cerca di dare il meglio per poter garantire una serena quotidianità a ciascun ospite . I work in this structure and perhaps I may seem impartial in my judgment, but precisely because I have been in the structure every day for several years, I feel I share my opinion. I see that every grandfather is followed in all his needs. Every grandfather becomes part of a large family. And we become attached to them. I see that every professional figure present in the structure, tries to give his best to ensure a peaceful daily life for each guest.
R	Rosella Lavino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa è veramente accogliente, tutto il personale è estremamente gentile puntuale e premuroso. Gli ambienti sono puliti, ordinati come anche tutti i servizi. I ragazzi dell' animazione sono proprio tanto gentili e li ringrazio. La villa è nel verde comoda da raggiungere con un bel parco accessibile da tutti. Non ci sono problemi di civiltà infatti è una delle uniche case di riposo senza casi di covit e questo è molto importante. Consigliata chi ama un luogo veramente sereno e senza problematiche. Ottima cucina casalinga . The house is really welcoming, all the staff are extremely kind, punctual and attentive. The rooms are clean, tidy as well as all the services. The animation guys are just so kind and I thank them. The villa is surrounded by greenery and is easy to reach with a beautiful park accessible to all. There are no problems of civilization in fact it is one of the only retirement homes without cases of covit and this is very important. Recommended for those who love a truly peaceful and problem-free place. Excellent home cooking.

Gli ospiti sono seguiti e accuditi da personale estremamente preparato e motivato , dove viene garantito realmente il rispetto della normativa covid 19 tanto da non avere mai avuto ospiti malati o positivi al covid. La retta è tra le più oneste e adeguate nel Biellese e i Servizi agli ospiti sono sempre puntuali e su misura. La preferisco a certe strutture dove c'è troppo caos e disorganizzazione, la cucina è ottima in quanto preparata dai cuochi internamente alla struttura in modo adeguato e personalizzato. È presente anche una bella veranda e un grande terrazzo per godere dell'ambiente esterno quando il clima lo permette. Il direttore è sempre estremamente disponile alle nostre esigenze come anche tutto il personale della struttura. Molto consigliato a chi vuole un luogo adeguato ai propri genitori che apprezzano la serenità di un luogo familiare e sicuro. Splendid structure, a real Villa immersed in the greenery of our valleys, quiet and most importantly extremely clean. Guests are followed and cared for by extremely trained and motivated staff, where compliance with the covid 19 legislation is really guaranteed, so much so that they have never had sick or covid-positive guests. The fee is among the most honest and adequate in the Biella area and the services to guests are always punctual and tailored. I prefer it to certain structures where there is too much chaos and disorganization, the cuisine is excellent as it is prepared by the chefs inside the structure in an adequate and personalized way. There is also a beautiful veranda and a large terrace to enjoy the outside environment when the weather permits. The manager is always extremely available to our needs as well as all the staff of the structure. Highly recommended for those who want a place suitable for their parents who appreciate the serenity of a familiar and safe place.
